Hello, if the grouping for the rooms does not work and when I click on the group and then the room and the colors don’t change - I rebooted the panels as well as the Creston in the server room, same issue - what could be the problem?

Hello, room grouping buttons and functionality are apart of the custom touch panel user interface design and control system programming created by your Crestron Dealer. The Crestron Dealer responsible for designing, programming, and deploying your system should be able to connect to the Control System using Toolbox SIMPL Debugger software to follow the press through the programming logic to diagnose the issue.
