Graham, can the CX100-T be converted to a Zoom room? I saw a previous video you did showing how Flex products can be switched between Teams and Zoom. Just wondering if you can do that with this device? Our company is trying to decide which CX100 to get. We are currently Zoom users but we may switch to Teams in the future and it would be cool if we didn't have to buy a whole new system if we end up switch in the future. Thanks!

Can the CX100-T be paired up with the AirMedia Receiver AM-3200 and a AM-TX3-100 with zoom? or is the airmedia receiver and the CX-100 separate products?
@@TheGrahamWalsh hi graham thanks fro your swift reply, i currently have deployed two unit with cat5a cable and one unit is above than 60meter long while one unit is only about 30 meter. The crestron flex on 60 meter long keep prompt the reconneting message, is it because of the limitation
@@ahmadalhashyiemi1690 Could be. Are they on the same switch and VLAN etc. The limit is 100m. Another test could be trying to direct connect the panel to the USB > Ethernet dongle that is supplied now.

Hi David, you could plug it in, however you would need to ensure that the CX30 can disable the USB otherwise it would be in BYOD mode all the time. What is the solution you're trying to achieve? Wireless conferencing for non Microsoft/Zoom/Webex meetings?

Yes content sharing is available via Proximity Join and Casting into MTR rooms.

So the Teams Room System just need Internet, without internal Ressourcen? Have you this in a special vlan in your network?
Correct just internet if you are just connecting to Microsoft Teams. I don’t have any vlans at home.

On a Teams Meeting, there will be no pop up and it’s a native meeting. This only appears when you have USB A connected or USB C connected.
How would you connect MMX30 with AirMedia? Something similar to "flex mode"
Correct, use Flex Mode on the AirMedia and then feed the HDMI output of AM200 into the HDMI Port of the UC-PR device on the MMX30 bundle.

Not sure on that. Better check with Crestron. AM and CX are two distinct products. You could use the AM as content only ingest for the CX100

Hi Ahmad. On a Crestron Flex touch panel, you are limited by CAT5/6 distances as they are on the network.

I connected the Tabletop Unit directly to the flex board into the adapter. Works fine! But in XIO Cloud it appears offline. Is this normal?
Yes that is normal as the table top unit doesn’t have a network connection.

It should work fine. I would make sure a ticket is open with Crestron support.
