I hated the ELF foundation! It showed every pore and lasted about 10 minutes in the summer heat.
Their foundations never worked for me so i am not tempted to try this !

I'd offer the Elf 10 dollar all shimmer prism naked 6 pan palette "It's cheap, you get all the shimmers you need, um but they have no shimmer or sparkle, in fact it's in the worst eyeshadow I ever bought and worst of 2024" 😂❤
I think some people (such as myself) just have a high pain tolerance and so that hot pepper plumping feelings is just kind of fun, akin to Pop Rock or Sichuan chili peppers where it's like "oh isn't that an interesting sensation!"
That’s so interesting, I have a pretty high tolerance for most types of pain but spice pain is not one of them! I like spicy foods but I’d prefer not to feel the burn elsewhere 😅
I’d recommend a spicy painful lip gloss too! The buxom plump shot serum (not sure what the actual name is). I bought one because it looked so neat and duochrome-esque…. It hurt so bad for so long. You couldn’t see any of the light pigment because my lips were so bright red, that’s all you could see, lol! Yes it definitely plumped them, my lips were so irritated! And when I swatched the color trying to decide in the store, after wiping it off my hand, my hand was red and irritated for hours! I keep that one as a reminder, don’t be fooled by how pretty it looks in pictures…. (And when it plumped my lips the lip line was all blotchy and uneven, it didn’t even look good! It looked hideous! Definitely looked like an allergic reaction more so than a beauty technique)

I'd recommend anything Kosas, because it might work well for them but it'll go bad right after they get it.
The Nyx liquid brush liner. Not the epic ink, the brush one. It's super gummy, it's difficult to get off (in a bad way; my makeup cleanser struggles to remove it) and I can't get a clean line from it. So... it's a very long-lasting liner, and shows up really well!
I love the Huda beauty Glowish concealer on my 54 yr old skin.
If someone asked me for a lipgloss and lip liner combo, and I truly despise them…. I would recommend the two face plumping lip liner with the Too Faced extreme lip plumping gloss. Have fun while your lips feel like they are melting off your face. Your lips will literally send you divorce papers.
I have to say that I like my ELF soft glam foundation. It's nothing innovative but it is cheap, so there's that.

@@KatrinaBrucke I got super great results I started using byoma milky toner for skin barrier then inkey list hyaluronic acid serum and their brighten eye for day retinol eye for night then kiehls ultra moisture in the 3 months of use one of my neck lines is half the depth it used to be, I have no more dryness issues. I don't even need primer now either. It's been life changing for real oh and the la roche posay extra dry cleansing oil now I have normal skin daily🫶🖤🦇
I hated the elf foundation. It lasted about 6 minutes on my combo leaning quite dry dehydrated skin.
I’d recommend the new colourpop long wearing lipstick bullets and the physician’s formula glowy skin tint. 😈

All I can say is thank goodness I bought a merit eyeshadow in color that I could use as a contour.

Things I would recommend to my enemy: Anything Ciate London, Wander Beauty, or Laura Mercier. And skin care by Glow Recipe. None of these have ever worked for me and yet I know people like them.

I agree with you. I’m one of those weird people that actually enjoy the feeling of my lips melting off my face, and sliding down my body and onto the floor!😂
I’m 75 years old. Plumping lip liners have a purpose. As you age, your lip margins flatten out. A plumping liner helps restore the appearance of a more youthful lip margin (a little), and disguises lip lines a bit as well.

It is a regular foundation for me. I use only a small amount for light coverage and I never look glowy. I think I have regular (not oily, not dry) skin.
A lot of people seem to have disliked the Patrick ta powder foundation and highlighter duos, and the huda pressed powder. I was thinking of trying the Huda pressed powder as I have dry skin, and it seems talc free it's expensive so would be pretty gutted if it ended up a fail.... instead I just use the Canmake marshmallow powder which is really cheap
