@@arcgarage This solution might be impossible to do on my car, it is a right-hand drive car and there is too much in the way of the broken actuator. I cant even get a spanner on the nearest bolt to undo it. What do you recommend?

Thanks a million. Very useful video. I 3d printed the part and replaced it like in the video, mine was broken too. But unfortunately that still didn't fixed my ac, still blowing hot on the left and cold on the right.

Danas resio da pogledam famoznu klapnu i vidim da je plastika i kod mene pukla, posto nemam drugu a vrucine su velike resih privremeno problem tako sto sam otvorio klapnu i stavio 2 stipaljke kako se ne bi zatvorila. U autu je sad skroz druga prica, na 50% brzine kao u zamrzivacu a napolju 40c. U pravu si jako je nezgodno skinuti motoric, prvo sam greskom skinuo onaj drugi za regulaciju zona 😅

Hi thanks for sharing such a awesome and time saving video,on my giulitta 1.4 my heater doesn’t give hot air in the car I can hear the motor it does work I’ve done the reset feature as per other video and got a 1 at the end of the procedure.can you please advise many thanks
Thank you, you have to remove the motor, to see if it's the flap, or the motor

There is one more on the other side, follow the video, and watch how I positioned the flap motor to remove it
If I just turn the flap to closed, would that work? (I just want recirculating, I don’t want air from outside) Or is replacing the part necessary?

Unfortunately 3d printed replacement parts for this WILL break after a short time, no matter the type of plastic used. Here in Italy there's a lot of people who have done this, myself included, multiple times. The trouble lays in the motor doing a full 360° on its own while the movement of the lever it's much shorter, and thus using the resistance offered by the lever itself to reach stop position in both directions. After a while the plastic gets torsion fatigued on the protruding axis locked in the motor hole and fails in the exact same way the original part does. To this day the only permanent solution is rigging some metal part together and hope that the torque won't just move the fail point onto the plastics in the motor itself
I replaced mine with a resin printed 1 year ago, still going strong the resin used is photocentric dl110B

Thanks for showing this, like many other owners the aircon issue has been plaguing me, it works fine on the driver’s side but is just hot on the passenger side. Am I correct in thinking access is still from the left side of the car in the RHD version?

What colud be a Problem with my 147?Under At Codriver seat smells like hell,at burning plastic or rubber when I activate ventilation.

What about the plastic pin ? When u pull it out and down as long as u can have access to the second bolt , what happens to the plastic pin? Breaks? Fall inside? And it isn’t necessary when u put the motor again in the first position ?
You can get motor off without breaking the pin, but even if the pin breaks everything will function properly when you put it back

Izj.ebo sam sve onome koji je izkonstruisao ovu mudroliju. Jedna opcija je da staviš taj šaraf prije i na motoru odpilaš i napraviš neke "viljuške", koje onda samo gurneš preko šarafa i to je to.

No this one is for recirculation, you got video on the channel on recalibration, if that doesn't work, you will have to check out the flap motors
Where are the flap motors and how can I reach them? Can you make a video for them too? @@arcgarage
This part was broken and I will fix it, but there is also a cold blowing problem on the passenger side.
Also, In the calibration it says 2 on the passenger side@@arcgarage

Tagliare sai cosa vuol dire , fare un giro in quello supporto di ferro ,, arrivare con la mano e togliere il miscelatore che e rotto
Tempo perso , si il ricircolo lo risolvi , ma l'aria calda no, arriva aria calda e fredda dall'altra perché è rotti il miscelatore , devi tagliare la macchina se e quello lato guidatore
