Great week, great blog and LOVE the matching sweatshirts! Buying property is always a nightmare - its all down to indecision because for most people its the biggest decision they make in their life! Amazing that you are on national tv in the netherlands and loved the advertising on the side of the van! Clever and well done! Cant wait to learn about the property purchase in next week’s episode!
Haha we should take in to consideration to wear matching sweaters all the time. Our experience with previous house makes that we know how bumpy the ride can be. That helps a lot. Thanks so much!
Hello from Manitoba Canada! I just just started watching your vlogs and I have really enjoyed them! you two seem like a really sweet couple and you have beautiful dogs! the property looks lovely! look forward to future videos! cheers
I spotted a familiar person too lol 😅 so exciting to see how the house situation unfolds in France! Hopefully you’ll get some definitive answer soon. The event looks like it will be fun, and I bet Archie and Luna were happy with their treats!
Looks like it will be a fun event. Good luck with the property! Always important to know your limit and be ready to walk away. There are many nice places out there.
We hope the event will be successful but we have faith it will. We have to spend a lot of money renovating the place so there definitely is a limit. It would be a shame because we really started to like the place but we will see. Thanks!
Best of luck with everything, that area looks beautiful. Vanlife suits us for now, but we don't pressure ourselves with a time limit and it's definitely not forever - one day we'll settle down again (hopefully while still keeping the van if we can afford to, which is definitely uncertain!). You guys have done amazing work building your own and giving it a good go. Memories for life! I hope the house offer is accepted, we drove near that region on our way back to the UK and I thought the whole area was stunning. Can I ask as well, are park ups as difficult in the Netherlands as weve been lead to believe? Is it banned everywhere? Curious if it's easier or harder than England...
Yeah it’s pretty difficult in the Netherlands. There are few spots and it’s almost always forbidden to camp. Just staying over night is Oke I guess. There are a lot of campings so that’s also an option. Is it hard in England? The area is very beautiful around Monpazier! You should come by some time :)
Hi Bram & Simon. Why did you choose to move to France? I will move to France in the next couple of years, and will look to rent a home base that I can travel around from. I would like to find similar weather to southern Australia, without going down into very hot Spain. Will your parents be moving permanently too, or will they just spend time occasionally with you? Do you have jobs that allow you to work remotely/independently? Is the weather in Monpazier milder than the Netherlands? Does it snow in Monpazier? I see that are seems to grow a lot of food for cattle. Will you mow grass to sell for livestock, or does your area also graze livestock? I love watching your Vlogs here in Australia. Kind regards, Stuart
When two guys love each other, there is noting that will stop them🤩
We will conquer it all! Thanks and take care.
Found your Instagram. Amazing adventures you guys have.
Yeah! Once a week a video. Every Friday. And of course more content on insta.
