In May 2016, he was wanted by police after he breached his Sexual Offences Prevention Order. Robert is a registered sex offender and is required to report to police.

These people are genuinely baffling. He got a benefit payment of £111.30 then decided to buy a keyboard on tick for £110 deposit on the same day, which he had to then make 6 weekly payments before he could even collect.. So he left himself with £1.30 for food etc after getting his money that very morning

There needs to be a serious over hall of this system in our country it’s long over due, most of them are like Bob in this series, claims for a heart condition that he says makes him unable to work, yet lugs around a keyboard, mic and stand, guitar and amplifier to the town centre everyday to play for hours on end, not to mention he smokes like a chimney, gets his £111.30 and buys a keyboard and yet cry’s to the camera for the sympathy vote because he can’t understand why’s he got no money and his life’s so hard and the Council are being so harsh to him with his benefits, because despite all that he is just a poor disabled old man, who needs all the help he can get, do my head in the lot of em, baring in mind this program is 16 years old and nowts changed till this day except their kids are at it now too.

@@catherinerickard699 "The firm" own it, as in their group or business, it was taken back to Instore Direct, it doesn't matter who actually paid for it, because Mary has no way of actually confirming that George paid for it, he can tell her he did, but he could be lying, in the same way Bob is.
If it belongs to a venture they were both involved in, and he's trying to pawn it, then she's going to let him, the blame here is solely with Bob, it's hardly fair to blame Mary for letting him pawn it.

I didn't like him in the Skint series. The chap whose flat he moved in to kicked him out and Bob said 'for reasons known only to himself' and the chap he was doing the car boots with he shafted - took his money and then pawned the generator the other chap paid for when things didn't work out. Went on about the fact he can't work due to heart problems but managed to carry on smoking, lift all sorts of heavy stuff and stay out in all weathers busking. Nope, just didn't like him. He didn't come across as genuine at all and was happy to rip people off.
