    We humans will go to extraordinary lengths to save a single whale. Think of all the times we've come to the rescue when they're in trouble on our beaches, and look at the crowds of whale-watchers who pay good money for just a glimpse. But how many of us would be willing to put our lives on the line to die for one? In 2006, Liz Hayes met some very radical conservationists who say they're prepared to do just that.
