  • Kaesong was the capital of the entire Korean peninsula during the Koryo Era and is, therefore, brimming with ancient history just waiting to be uncovered. A popular tourist spot for both locals and foreigners, the region is also famous for its proximity to the Joint Security Area - the only place on the Korean DMZ where both sides stand toe-to-toe.

      Unfortunately, the news wants to be biased so that people will remain ignorant. They don't want people to see the DPRK as a more normal place. To let people feel a human connection with north Koreans. They do similar biases to other countries too so that people don't protest when the government does something wrong to those countries. There's so much corruption it's immeasurable.

    Hey ! Your channel is one of my favorite. With exclusive infos unavailable elsewhere. I wonder if It's an idea for you to cover the foreigners who lives and work in Korea ? I've heard there's many embassies from non-aligned countries in DPRK. And also expats in differents fields such as humanitarian, teaching and so on. I will subscribe to Patreon soon. Have a good day !

    How difficult was it for you to be allowed to travel across DPRK, let alone film a lot of your own footage like this?? Did it take a while to get DPRK leadership to 'trust you enough' to give you free reign to travel wherever?🤔
    Or are you from a country that DPRK has "good or neutral relations with", so they were more lenient? ;)
    Do you have a certain occupation or career project within DPRK that gives you "special privileges" in that regard, as a foreigner?

    • @notracefromraytraceinhisface

      @StrawberryLetter24 2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      North Korea's borders have been closed since 2020. They're slowly reopening as of recently, but only for a very small number of Russian tourists. The footage in this video seems dated; it definitely comes from local NK news channels, documentaries and other stock video sources.
