I’m in Spokane, Washington and I started watching your video at 6:20 AM, so when the thunder started in Florida I thought it was my stomach growling, barking at me to get up and make breakfast! 😂 Anyway Marlene, I really enjoyed this video. This is how I wore my hair when I was young (😉) and still do to this day. It’s my favorite style, along with a classic jaw-length bob. ❤

This was very helpful! I'd love a review of long bob styles with bangs and not necessarily a lace front, as it's not really needed with bangs. Many women prefer bangs to cover wrinkles as well as the front. I have trouble with lace fronts due to a very low hairline and widows peak, and bangs solve the problem plus look youthful! Thanks for all your insight! ❤

I thoroughly enjoyed your video giving the different colors. They all looked great on you! I tried Elle but it DID NOT look like the same wig! It was just so flat looking with such little density and not flattering on me at all so I returned it. After seeing your video I’m temped to try it again as that is the style and length I’m looking for.

I have Jon Renau’s Elle in 39F38 as well. I really enjoy wearing it. I think the cascading colors Midnight and Solstice would look striking on you. You look great in all your wig reviews no matter which manufacturer, style, or color. Thanks for your informative videos!

Thank you for the comparison video! This is very helpful! I wear bangs so anytime you see bangs could be added without compromising the style, I take note. Again, I reallly appreciate the style and color comparisons you do- and in brunette shades! Not everyone can be a blonde… 😊

Yes! This was very helpful! I own Own the Room and damaged it immediately with knitting at the ends and nape. I love the look but am afraid to purchase it again. This helps me figure out what to try. Thank you for including all kinds of price points and brands. Wonderful!

Love your video’s - I tried on Wavy Day (RW). I thought I would love it .. wanting a mid length straighter style. It was cute but for my face shape - it just drew my face down - I really need more side volume - and face framing bangs. Not sure which one from the ones you reviewed would work for this style I’m looking for. My oval face just needs some lift. Thanks again

I’m in love with the color brown sugar sweet cream, when I tried it before with dalgona 16, I looked washed out maybe because I wasn’t wearing any makeup. I have light medium skin ton. I really really love the color, maybe I should try it again?
Hi Sally, thank you so much for stopping by! I've seen BSSC on lighter complexions than mine, and it should work since this is a pretty neutral color. Give it another try and perhaps add a bit of makeup. I know that I personally never put a wig on my head if I'm not wearing any, but I'm a makeup junkie. Even if you don't wear much makeup, just a bit of blush, lipstick and mascara can make a difference. xoxo Marlene

Question on color. I LOVE Jon Renae’s 32F (Cherry Crème). I am thinking of Regal in Nutmeg. Do you think that’s close to 32F? Or is there another color I should consider?

Hi Beautiful! Thank you so much for visiting! I love Regal as well. Such an easy to wear light piece. Hmmm, I don't have 32F, but it's described as a Med Red & Med Red-Gold Blonde Blend w/ Med Red Nape. While the blend sounds similar to Nutmeg, I believe there's more medium red in 32F which is not found on Nutmeg. Nutmeg has more of an auburn in the blend. I looked through the color descriptions for Regal but don't see any color with med red; however, I'm just going by description. If you go on to the Live Chat on the Wigstudio1 website (8 AM to 3:30 PM PST), you can get an accurate and quick response. They have color rings for all the brands and will be able to help. I'd hate for you to order a color based on description then be dissapointed. xoxo Marlene

Is the regal more shiny than Jon Renau Elle? Thank you, Marlene
Hi Donna, I don't think one is more shiny than the other. A silicone layer is applied to the fibers to protect them during shipping which is what causes the shine. To remove the silicone, fill the basin with cool water, add 1 or 2 T of baking soda, whisk it around until it's dissolved then soak the wig for about 5 - 10 minutes. Rinse the wig well under cool running water to make certain there is no residue. Hang the wig to dry. Once the wig is dry, add a bit of dry shampoo if needed. Over time with washing and wearing, the silicone will be removed completely. xoxo Marlene
