Good advice brother, in my first proper relationship I was insecure because of how beautiful she was, I always thought I was never enough for her and put her on a pedestal from early on. I didn't show her how insecure I was but it killed me inside, and she could probably tell that I was insecure anyway.

you should be doing those things (protien, 9hr sleep, sprints) anyway. as for “growth pills”, you should definitely take at least vitamin D3 and potentially beef liver capsules and collagen/glycine. It’s up to you whether you want to take something like MK-677 (a PED) but it would more than likely help.
