I always thought that these breads were made by hand, but I didn’t expect to be able to make them with a machine.
I've been working on the construction side of food processing for a long time, and I can tell you 90% of the US population has no idea where their food come from. If the processing plants shut down they would starve to death in a week.
And that is why I know how to make bread. Yes, it is labor intense. Yes,but is time consuming. But it is a skill that stays with you.
This takes me back to when I was working for many years at a Pillsbury plant making just about every food product that Pillsbury sold. Now that was a Great Time during my life. 🇺🇸🥖🥐🥧🍪

Fortunately, there are still a lot of artisan master bakers in Germany. Their bread tastes much better and is healthier than this factory bread.
I totally agree with you! I don't like mashin made bread. Handmade thinks are much more tasty. More over handmade proses needs a lot of human hands and it's so nice to people who have to work and earn money.

Sab Sab We used to catch family pack napkins on the same kind of bagging equipment until we entered the newfangled every thing robotic word. There were 300 in a pack so it was basically the same size as those loaves of bread, and we sent our napkins thru a sealing wire, no bag tie or tape.

Brilliant designs😂😂 but I'm pretty sure this was halted by the pandemic. Hope this continues for it provide jobs and livelihood to a community where it was located. 😂😂

VERY surprised that the apple sorters were not wearing gloves. How unhygienic - uuggh! If you look at the vid at 09.30 you can see the lady working in the light green top actually wipe her nose. Charming. I hope that my apples don't come via this factory.
Bond Street The apples don’t concern me as much as the bread being handled by bare hands. I always wash my fruits and veggies before I eat them but there’s no way of doing that for bread.
Why are those people in the bread slicing video handling the bread with their bare hands and not doing so with gloves on !!!!!
