What takes place when there is awareness of fear?

Yes, knowing myself is far more important than anything else. It is like "conquering the world entirely to myself but lose" myself in which the entire human history is contained, the conquerings, agonies, sufferings, colonial psycholgies, etc, etc, from which the origin of injustice can be found from within and the upbringing of me through 1000s of years of it all... and thus the solutions over all discrepancies... in my life, from my life....
So, Be aware over the movement of my mind every moment.
Krishnamurti also said that meditation is the momentum that goes on and on, through my awareness over myself.
The function of this meditation could be "reducing my selfushness in order to build the kingdom of heaven on earth"....
