I understand people buying expensive and or just want beautiful covers on their shelves, they are pretty, I get it. It irks me when I hear people keep full sets of books because they don't want to break the series up or the cover is pretty. They hated the book but they fill the shelves. Their TBR is mixed in with the read so their shelves look colorful and full. I would love to see videos where the bookshelves are sparse BECAUSE they want to fill it up with 5 star reads. Like, shit, they are brutal with their choices. I want to know what keeps them hooked, keeps them locked down. If the house was on fire, what shelf will they piggyback out of the house. The flop of a book is equal to a man leaning in a doorway. So sexy.

I went to Barnes with a cute dude and we spent like a half hour in the fantasy section testing the *flop* of the paperbacks. He understands!!!
