God is confirming a conversation my sister and I had about Christians. It’s time to stand on the word of God no matter what people say especially when God says you will know them by their fruit. Calling yourself a Christian and living it is so different.
Lot was righteous in the same sense that you guys on the panel and I myself can be considered righteous in that we trust and love God. Lot was a sinner and fell short just like we do.
As usual another completely UNGODLY conversation. I really can't I always forget to NOT be clicking on this channel it's been such a huge disappointment but this came up in my Algorthym
That’s so interesting! I don’t agree with everything said here. I think the big emphasis on no questions asked following of “rules” as we see them in the Bible is not the true way. Christ taught us to question everything and I believe that also goes for what church leaders of today and of the past (incl apostles) is on the table. Abraham didn’t have a book and Jesus basically said everyone’s reading it wrong so Holy Spirit guide me day by day step by step is the way in my opinion. So if that means I don’t change over night like these obvious miracle stories, that’s okay. Where is my heart? Am I being patient with God’s plan in my life? We all have different stories. Not making excuses for bad behavior, but I think it’s more complex than follow rules or don’t. Jesus blessed sinners. Nobody’s perfect. At the end of the day God judges us and that’s the bottom line. Interesting conversation!
