Just on the last part its not any garda station ,
Which ever is the nearest GNIB office you have to take an appointment throgh website and can go,
While you enter in the country you inittially get 3 months visa at the airport and than book an appointment for a GNIB office and they will stamo you visa depending on your validity and will issue the card....
    Nice info
    Thanks

The place where I stay, the grade office and the GNIB office are one and the same since its a small town.
Maybe in Dublin and other cities they might be having a separate GNIB and Grada office. Thanks for bringing up that point bro!

you can apply for a spouse visa once you get the critical skills visa. If the company is not providing the accommodation, then it is recommended to come alone first, set up all the things like accommodation and then call your wife.

Thank you for the details. If I apply for multiple Entry visa for my mother, once they have completed 90 days and travel back to India. When can they come back to ireland?
Also, if it is Elderly Dependent (mother) of age 75 years, Do we still have to meet that 60k Euro and only apply for long stay after 3 years?

“The sponsor must have earned a gross income in each of the 3 previous years in excess of that applied by the Department of Social Protection (DSP) in assessing eligibility for Working Family Payment (WFP)”
