    For stamp 0
    Eligibility Criteria:
    1) Parent(s) is eligible is 50% of more their children live in Ireland. For instance if you are the only child or if you are two kids and either one of both are living in Ireland. If you are 3 siblings then your parents will be eligible only if at least 2 siblings live in Ireland.
NOTE - you can provide a legal affidavit mapping your family tree to prove this.

75k is after tax, that’s almost 1.3 lack euros gross.
It’s way too difficult to bring parents in Ireland.
On the other hand, Canada asks for just 3-6 months salary slips with gross package of 48k CAD (about 32000 Euros annual before tax) for a Super Visa (2 year stay at a stretch). Also, even parent’s PR is easy there….

    Hello Ji,
I have few question if you could help please.
    1. Suppose I got critical skill visa and within 1 month of getting critical skill visa I want bring my wife and mother. So here in this case finance requirement to show or the salary requirement is of 60K or 75K ? As after my wife gets dependent visa she can work.
    2. If my wife working on dependent visa and suppose my contract(On Critical skill visa) gets over. So in this case my wife have to quit the job also?
    3. For visitor visa(short term) can my mother stay 90 days in Ireland and then go back to India and again apply for short term visitor visa immediately? without any gap? Or is there any rule like Schengen visa that we can stay for 90 days within last 180 days.
