I enjoy wine, though I’m no aficionado. It’s always bothered me that the subtext of the wine I was drinking, was knowing it was full of added sugar, sulfates and god knows what else. This video introduction to ‘dry wine making’ has been fascinating and offers hope, that perhaps this movement will gather worldwide momentum. Bravo!
