D GS The gameplay speed is not sped up by anything except the skill of the players. They're two of the best in the world, so they play really fast. No lightning mode or anything.

TomMorran Seeing half the frames doesn't make it twice as fast. It just means we see less frames. Animations last just as long as characters move just as fast. None of that changes.
Seeing fewer frames does indeed make it look like it's moving faster. You don't see half of the animations. So the character gets from point A to point B quicker.

About 75% of PPs kills were simple kills that any competitive player should have done. m2k shouldn't have died for, like not getting up b tippers with marth and not fast falling when ledge stalling with shiek and getting down tilted. This isn't a good representation of pp being good, its a good representation of m2k being bad. Tired of all the fanbois of anyone trying to find out the best smash player as if one exists. m2k needs to drink a coffee and play a better psychology game and PP needs to be more reckless with his decisions, many moments where he could have killed m2k and opted for a combo because it was a safer option (I spotted 2 obvious reverse Dairs [& not KCs]). Even though they mostly lead to deaths, m2k would do the best option he can think of even if he might physically fuck up. PP plays aggressively but if implemented that sick hbox DI technique, he'd be better when hes playing against good players that aren't being bad.

Isn't Zenith is considered a major? If so then Zenith 2012 was Peepee's last big win, not Pound V... though I don't recall any wins other than those two.
