Are they watching the same shit as we are? They're literally laughing at every scene and not taking anything seriously. It feels like a reaction to a sitcom.
I mean look at it from Nolan's point of view if you have empathy. He is struggling with his whole worldview. "How is this better?" 1st) Viltrumites are essentially as close to demigods in their universe. They live for THOUSANDS OF YEARS, have amazing physical physics defying abilities and superior tech. They then decide to explore space and find out that every single species they come across is short lived, weak and essentially living in the middle ages compared to the Viltrumites. Of course you would develope a superiority complex of epic proportions. But wait... 2nd) The culture he was born, indoctrinated and raised in is a culture that very recently decided to kill off all the weak of there society. Weak in all metrics, meaning if you had empathy or compassion for anything lesser than a Viltrumite you needed to go. So Nolan has never cared about anything but his mission he belived so deeply in because why would he not? This man was having a breakdown experiencing emotions he never knew he had. Because.. 3rd) Nolan has lived for thousands of years by this point. I would probably guess like 2-4k but if it is any higher it proves the point even more. He was only on Earth for 20 years. 20 years compared to 2 thousands is quite small. Which is why I think most people take offensewhen he called Debbie a pet. I bet most see the pet comment as a dominant/submissive thing but I truly believe he meant it in terms of lifespans. There are people that truly love their pets like they are blood relatives but however when that pet dies, they will get another so they can have something to love and keep them company. They still love their pets with all their being. Love and emotions are new to Nolan. Debbie really got through to him on an emotional level, and it has only been 20 years, which is like a 3 day weekend compared to us.

In the comics after he hugs his dad Mark starts weeping uncontrollably and *BEGS* for Nolan to come back to Earth and to Debbie so they can “go back to the way things were”. It felt completely out of character and really did a disservice to Mark. They also showed things that weren’t in the comics, like how exactly Nolan actually came into contact with the Thraxans, and how he felt such guilt and remorse for what he did the he nearly killed himself by falling into a black hole. Just like The Last Of Us this show is staying faithful when it had to and deviating when they need to. This show is better than the comics because Robert Kirkman is essentially getting a do over for all of the things he either wishes he wrote differently or cut altogether. Also it makes a great case why (ON VERY RARE OCCASIONS) some villains need to die.
the show is animated like ass which really makes it bad. and its from amazon. its nowhere near the comics since they changed so much stuff it doesnt even make sense. i can get behind the idea that you liked the version of marc and nolans reunion more than in the comics (which is just an opinion), but there is so much worse stuff in the series which wasnt in the comic or was changed

Yall have to remember that Mark is 18 and most likely just hit his 1 year anniversary with his powers and as a hero hero, and he beat Thula taking off the hero gloves, his dad is at least 1000 years old and he did what he did to Lucan and the blonde Viltrimite, so Mark is insanely talented and already durable enough to fight a major lieutenant for the empire who even survived the purge mentioned and shown in S1 (she was in that clip with the piles of bodies) so Mark is gonna be ok especially because they get stronger from every fight they have, Battle Beast, his Dad, the Mauler beatdown, and now this must have catapulted him high in the power scale chart in this universe. He definitely wouldnt have the same issue with the Maulers at the season start after this fight thats for sure.
I don't know why they took it out from the comics but Nolan Explained that Marks Brother ageing will stop and become like a Viltrumite when he becomes a young human adult and he also explained that Viltrumites can only breed with species that have similar genetics to their species which humans have.
8:30 another thing to think about. If he was able to properly train him to kill Viltrumites he would have been able to defend Earth with the help of the other heroes. Which is what I'm sure his books have in them.
I think Omni-Man was saying that Viltrumites can only procreate with species of a similar genetic makeup. I think they can still sleep around with other species, they're just not aloud to procreate with them if they don't look similar the way humans and viltrumites do.
Yh, Viltrumites are only allowed to have kids if the other species dna doesn't weaken their own. A child with a bug species is visually repulsive so that alone would make that child an abomination. Humans look and have the capacity to behave like Viltrumites but are far weaker, the fact he has his powers and can take a beating and survive from stronger opponents makes him acceptable.

Nolan said only the most trusted officers get the job of weakening a planet on their own. That's why he pretty decimated the others. He isn't just viltrumite. He's one of the best.
It's such a great parallel to see Nolan genuinely care about the Thraxans considering they have a lifespan of a single year. Remember how Nolan's argument towards killing humanity was "Now or in fifty years, what difference does it make?" He thought of them like fragile insects that didn't matter. Yet here he is caring about a species that fit those descriptions perfectly
I can safely say this is the craziest episode yet. My favourite part is Nolan 'judo slicing' the other Viltrumite in the gut lol. Such a random move XD
Mark is way more powerful then he even realizes. He is unconsciously holding back because he doesnt believe in killing people. So to ensure he doesnt kill he holds back alot. Mark was stronger then the three here he just held back because he doesnt want to fight to kill.
I imagine it's just like when humans have babies together, the child looks different because of genetics. You could have 2 parents with the same color eyes or hair and their child could still come out with different color eyes and hair. The child doesn't need to be the same color as his bug mom or dad.
In the episode, an interesting party occurs. Omni-Man stops himself from taking his own life due to a distraction. However, Debbie, influenced by her own actions as Art mentioned (New Rockstars).
You unfortunately spoke over it when Nolan was explaining, which is understandable after all this is a reaction. But Mark is kosher. As in, Mark is "okay" with the Viltrum empire because humans are close enough genetically to Viltrumites that it is within the rules. The ant baby, however, is not. Because the Thraxans are too different genetically. They do this in order to prevent non-viltrumite genes to bring in what they perceive to be weaknesses or mutations into their society. So for the Viltrumites it is okay to breed with other species so long as they are genetically similar, like the humans.
General Kregg saw that Mark survived a fight with a full blooded Viltrumite --so he's IN, like it or not--he's a Viltrumite. So, he will either act like a Viltrimute and complete his father's assignment...or he will die a traitor like they plan to do to his father. You survive combat, you are STRONG. That means you're IN and you will like it, because YOU DON'T WANT THE ALTERNATIVE. And if you procreate, you better procreate with the right species--PERIOD. The Viltrumites are super ultra MEGA space nazis. Plain and simple.
That’s one thing that’s always been nagging at me about heroes like Superman or Invincible. Yea you’ve got all these powers right you can do all kinds of damage. In my opinion if I was ether of them I’d want to go learn as many fighting styles martial arts kung fu jujitsu tae kwon do, karate, and many more. Including training with the best marine trainers. Then learn about body parts that you could hit and cause the most damage. That way when I’m fighting I have so much more lethality behind every punch I swing!!!

About the clones the thing is like you said they always assumed they were the original. The problem is now the clone knows he is the clone now. So every clone he makes from now will all know deep down that they were the clone. Where before, they always thought they were the original weather they were or not. So that's never going to be the same anymore.
Nolan’s ability to change and be more than just a murderous conqueror becomes a key theme going forward, and not just for Omniman himself. Though we may have to wait a long time before that point is driven home in white hot fashion.
The ppl saying Nolan move too quick. Clearly they don’t know how time in space works 😂😂😂 he travelled for thousands. Also earth is not Nolan first planet. He is one of the best conquerors in the empire.. has done it for thousands of years
Yeah, time dilation. Just Nolan hovering just above the event horizon of that black hole would have dramatically sped up the passage of time. If anything, a lot more time should have passed.
I believe the reason why Mark is able to actually hurt the viltrumites is simply because of the amount of time that has passed since the last time he fought omniman and maybe his human viltrumite DNA allows him to accelerate his strength faster
It’s hilarious seeing so many people get mad over the way they react to the show. Those people are like backseat gamers but for a show instead of a game.
Viltrumite Blood is so strong it will dominant any other DNA its mixed with to a near 80%+ dominance no matter what but Mark is nearly too perfect he is at a 98% probably
That’s the downside of reacting to the show on camera instead of watching it how everyone else does. They’ll be alright, they can put the context clues together.
How tf do these guys take so much more time animating these episodes than a studio like mappa, like 4 episode then 2 month break then 4 episodes and the season is over and you have to wait like another 2 years 😂😂😂 tf
There is no longer an original Mauler... The current "unknown" older twin is referred to as the original. If the actual original has miraculously survived through the myriad of cloning processes is meant to be unclear and unconfirmed. That is the comedy.
If purity is not a concern, and hierarchy is more so the reason, then there shouldn't be a problem. He will just clone himself and go back to both of them thinking that one is just the clone of the other, therefore neither of them are superior to the other.
DNA is strong enough that he's probably over 99.9% Viltrumite, that .1% might actually make him stronger because that allows him to actually have adrenaline which means mark actually gets stronger when he's mad.
Mark is a prodigy, thats fact. Viltrumites are stronger with the oldness, and Mark has 18 years, fighting Viltrumites with thousand years. It's like a child fighting against adults and winning. Sorry for my grammar mistakes, english is not my first lenguage.
7:15 also these should hold up to a blast since his original self needed them and they have the material to make near indestructible glasses for those who need them.
Marks only weakness is in his mind, he is holding back because he doesn't want to kill anyone. Of course, he can still grow more physically stronger, and he will, but it's been said already that Mark is almost a pureblooded Viltrumite, because Viltrumite DNA is just that strong. Also, you skipped it but when Nolan is choking Mark and asking why he's feeling the way he is for the Thraxans, is a very important character development and explanation for his behavior throughout all the series, empathy love and compassion is basically a major culture shock for him and all future Viltrumites 😉 Also, he said that Viltrumites are only allowed to breed with similar species, not exclusively with other Viltrumites, there's actually a lot more to it than that but I'm not trying to spoil anyone here that doesn't want it. Donald was always a cyborg in the comic, and he helps Rick come to terms with his newfound forced cyborgness, not sure why they changed it.
Yes his viltrumite blood overpowers his human blood. By quite a lot too. But the thing is unlike regular viltrumites, humans get an adrenal response, so that 1% of human he’s got in him actually does affect him in a positive way as you’ll see later on in the series.
Omni man said viltrumite dna is so pure and strong even though mark has a human mother he was still almost full blood viltrumite. That’s why his brother Oliver looks human or viltrumite besides skin color even though his mother is some sort of grasshopper/ mantis type alien. The bug aliens only live for 1 human year and viltrumites can live 1000s of years so Oliver will probably have a normal human life span 70-100 years.
Man Mark needs to find a Room of spirit and time from dragon ball to go inside and train. Allowing him to age up and train up. Becoming as strong as Omniman or stronger. Especially if he could go in with someone like Goku!!!!
Idk why they had Thula (female viltrumite) look so old she looks younger in the comics and they did the same thing to Lucan (black viltrumite) too and they gave him a gut making them look closer to Omni mans age even tho he’s waaaay older than them and remember the older they are the stronger
Mark is almost 100% Viltrumite, the edge Mark has over them is Adrenaline, that's one of the tiniest part of him that's human, Viltrumites don't have Adrenaline.

He had already told mark that Cecil sent the kiaju to kill him and he could’ve spun it and taken extra time to try and trick mark into helping him take down Cecil. Immortal took away any time omniman had to convince mark that anything he was doing was right. To support this theory, in the alternate universe we see Rudy is still in his original deformed body. But at the same time disproving it is immortal being alive (though he could’ve been revived by anyone trying to stop omniman and mark)
My favorite quote in this episode is when Mark said “You gotta be Fu- Invinicble-cking kidding me.”
Are they watching the same shit as we are? They're literally laughing at every scene and not taking anything seriously. It feels like a reaction to a sitcom.
You must be new here. That's how they react to every show they've ever recorded on this channel.
That’s just how they react, unfortunately that is the downside of reacting to the show on camera instead of just watching it.
Kreggs voice actor was amazing. I think we just met another badass character.
It’s literally Mr Krabs lol
Clancy Brown? He is in a ton of stuff already 😂 Do you feel it now Mr. Krabs?
@@Danlife112And Lex Luthor
And for those of you that have seen Venture Bros, Red Death.
He was Damien Darkblood last season.
I mean look at it from Nolan's point of view if you have empathy. He is struggling with his whole worldview. "How is this better?"
1st) Viltrumites are essentially as close to demigods in their universe.
Are you a bot or something? Cause it's the 3rd time I'm seeing this exact comment word for word paragraph to paragraph.

Why they didn't finish it?
Because of how pure viltrumite DNA is mark is like 85% viltrumite and 15% human, he’ll get stronger with time
nah way more viltrumite than that, closer to 99%. his brother thought is prob like like 90%
You are both wrong, he is 93.783% viltrumite
@@mymaynee5963I read the comics but I don't remember them specifying to what degree the genes are spread. Did they specify it at any point?
@@oli073 Its mentioned Viltrumite DNA is just so powerful it will over take any other DNA its mix with to like 80% dominance like his brother but Mark is a special case in which he is probably near full like 98%
@@thomaszimmer371 oh okay...so are the percentage numbers are reader estimates (or speculations based on bits of info) or were they explicitly mentioned by the writer?

@@jeffreyali3644Yeah. NGL, I'm more disappointed that they gave no explanation for quitting, than the fact that they quit. Various reactors I follow, have paused or quit shows I like, but they've always given an explanation.
It's either because they don't enjoy it anymore, or they are having copyright issues with that specific show, so they post it on another platform, or it's not bringing enough views, or they're having personal issues that have nothing to do with the show. All these are fair reasons, even if they are disappointing. But at least they gave their audience an explanation. What is not cool is not saying anything. Plz watch the rest of season 2 😭
You have to take into account Mark is very much like Peter Parker. Who is constantly holding back on his punches for fear of killing someone. Nolan is pointing out that can't be the case when dealing with other Viltrumites. They won't waste a moment to kill you and that's severely affected Mark's progress on top of not taking his training seriously.
Love that Andressa is voiced by Rhea Seehorn -- Kim from Better Call Saul!
How did you not include the moment when Omni man started having emotions, that was a key moment of change
They can’t include everything, unfortunately they have to pick and choose.
@@SLITHERISbut out of all the scenes, that one was one of the most important. they spend most of their time talking about it at the end. Do suppose they probably didn't react to it so that's why they didn't put it in, but stil.
Did you hear what Omni man said an episode eight go to my DNA is so strong that even if they breed with another species, the baby will always be 99.9% viltramite
Typo I meant to say their DNA
Eventually Mark will be 100% Viltrumite because of how close Human and Viltrumite DNA are, and Viltrumite DNA overwrites the DNA of other species.
Episode 5 is coming January 4th, so we don't have to wait that long thankfully
They chose the perfect actor to voice the rizz lord himself. I forgot when Battle Beast makes an appearance but I hope we do see him in action soon.
Battle beast showed up in the last season……
@@moisuomi I mean when he starts getting more involved
@@adoboflakes8473 I wonder how that will play out… in the comics he only reappears during Allen and Nolan’s escape from the viltrumites.
@@moisuomi If I remember right, he joins the coalition doesn't he? Maybe they could give him more screen time using that story.
8:30 another thing to think about. If he was able to properly train him to kill Viltrumites he would have been able to defend Earth with the help of the other heroes. Which is what I'm sure his books have in them.
The end fight was everything in this episode
Fantastic episode can’t wait for the second half

Why y’all being so mean to Andressa and the Thraxans? They are living their lives just like us
It's such a great parallel to see Nolan genuinely care about the Thraxans considering they have a lifespan of a single year.
Remember how Nolan's argument towards killing humanity was "Now or in fifty years, what difference does it make?"
He thought of them like fragile insects that didn't matter. Yet here he is caring about a species that fit those descriptions perfectly
I can safely say this is the craziest episode yet. My favourite part is Nolan 'judo slicing' the other Viltrumite in the gut lol. Such a random move XD
Random? For omniman? No it's not
Mark is way more powerful then he even realizes.
The child doesn't need to be the same color as his bug mom or dad.
yall dont pay attention at all all these questions have literally been answered by the show smh
In the episode, an interesting party occurs. Omni-Man stops himself from taking his own life due to a distraction. However, Debbie, influenced by her own actions as Art mentioned (New Rockstars).
"If you fight well we're gonna allow you to join our Species" ... I see, you must be a Saiyan.
Is funny how people can see the Thraxans as an inferior species, but don't understand when a Viltrumite loves a human like a pet.
Yes, Nolan already explained to Mark in season 1 that his half Viltrumite DNA still makes him nearly pureblooded.
Where’s the rest of the videos?
13:43 I think Mark was holding back when he was fighting his dad. I mean c’mon it’s his dad right? So obviously he was. I feel his rage is what gives him his power to be Invincible.
Omni man is still stronger regardless if Mark is holding back

Like he kept on saying..."what i did was wrong.. unforgivable" ...

i hope you guys have read the comments. its a pretty important detail that the viltrumite dna in mark is wayyyyy stronger than his human dna. they said that in season 1. its not a spoiler, its something you need to know. mark has all the same potential any viltrumite does, he just needs to work out and get more experience, like test his limits on his powers.
@@RandalReid for him yes, on earth not that much
Viltrumites don't have any weakness except for loud noise.

Not even loud noises
I believe the reason why Mark is able to actually hurt the viltrumites is simply because of the amount of time that has passed since the last time he fought omniman and maybe his human viltrumite DNA allows him to accelerate his strength faster

The fact that omniman was able to understand family at this point to remind mark that It’s his brother
Its like they werent paying attention to any of the show lol

The baby is purple because it’s the color of their blood. Since their skeletal structure is different it tints his skin at this age
"She looks 50 and 30 at the same time"
So 40?
The °star° in the Beginning was a Black Hole its impressiv that he can easy fligh away
I believe we also see Omni-Man in the Allen the Alien flashback too.
Marks only weakness is in his mind, he is holding back because he doesn't want to kill anyone. Of course, he can still grow more physically stronger, and he will, but it's been said already that Mark is almost a pureblooded Viltrumite, because Viltrumite DNA is just that strong.
Also, you skipped it but when Nolan is choking Mark and asking why he's feeling the way he is for the Thraxans, is a very important character development and explanation for his behavior throughout all the series, empathy love and compassion is basically a major culture shock for him and all future Viltrumites 😉
Also, he said that Viltrumites are only allowed to breed with similar species, not exclusively with other Viltrumites, there's actually a lot more to it than that but I'm not trying to spoil anyone here that doesn't want it.
Donald was always a cyborg in the comic, and he helps Rick come to terms with his newfound forced cyborgness, not sure why they changed it.
mark is a hybrid so he’s gonna be stronger than a pure blood
Especially if he could go in with someone like Goku!!!!
when are u getting back to invincible season 2?
Idk why they had Thula (female viltrumite) look so old she looks younger in the comics and they did the same thing to Lucan (black viltrumite) too and they gave him a gut making them look closer to Omni mans age even tho he’s waaaay older than them and remember the older they are the stronger
Where's the rest? 😢
You seems to forgot that Nolan was a writer on earth, not only OmniMan. That's why "my books", I guess.
Mark is almost 100% Viltrumite, the edge Mark has over them is Adrenaline, that's one of the tiniest part of him that's human, Viltrumites don't have Adrenaline.
This isn't the same Mark that fought Omni Man. He has grown and learnt and therefore much more powerful to the extent that he could defeat Battle Beast.
Mark could not defeat battle beast at his current strength lmao. What are you smoking?
