Thanks, after watching your video I decided to give it a try and fix my old Deore PD-M650 pedals and it was actually easier than I was expecting. You just have to take your time. I used the small magnetic flathead screwdriver to place the bearings one by one like you did, and used a scalpel to correct the position of the bearings. Tip, I used a small magnet to collect the bearings from the mineral spirit solution.
I have some old Welgo dual flat/spd pedals on my turbo bike and I noticed that one pedal was very stiff. They are similar design to the ones you serviced and I tried dismantelling them but after taking off the locknut I couldn't get the washer off. I needed them back on the bike, so I decided and try again later but when I replaced them, they spun freely, so releasing the locknut must have freed them up. As the bike is always inside on the trainer, I'm not too worried. And I got a PB going round Central Park. :)
standard ball bearing grease. You can use the same everywhere. Professional shop owners use anti squeak grease (the sticky blue-white stuff) which does what the name implies and is less likely to be washed away by water.

Can you tell me the marble size?
I guess you mean bearing, and I have no idea since I reused them.
Ah, I broke 1 tablet, I bought and ordered to replace it gradually, because the pedal is still very new
most pedals this style have 1/8 1nch ball bearings
Hello, how did you remove the part upon which your foot rests? 🙂
Just using a screwdriver
How does one know that his pedal bearings are worn out?
Wear means material of either the bearing or the bearing race diminishes. This causes play. You can check it by moving the pedal body with your hands.
It's going to be a challenge cleaning those bed sheets ;-)
Sssh, don't tell my wife.
tip: if ever cleaning the inside of the pedal be careful because i cut my self to the metal that holds the ball bearing
been there already, but thanks anyway
