GREAT VIDEO,,,,,as usual. I have noticed the crew members that don't have the vests or reflection clothing. They seem to have a huge amount of non stop energy. Are they new employees? They are not exactly sure of what they are doing life crews that are used to working together with each other, but I don't want to stand around and wait for someone to tell me what to do. They have the main goal on their mind, this garbage goes into this truck. It's great of you to highlight them in your videos. KUDOS TO U
@@TruckMaster642 that amount of time isn't that long, I've seen men still at it with 20 years behind them, but I'll tell you this much, it'll take your soul like it did mine, but I also had been "promoted" to working for the office, being the one person who did it all every friggin day, I was lead toter, office flunky, cart delivery driver, chase driver for taking drivers to get truck at repair shops, I also could work at any of the county convenience sites, and I was on call for any problems with trash compactors at different places around the county, and what they were paying me didn't pay me enough to deal with all the headaches that went with the "operations support" which was my job title, and then I'd be the one who had to cover for any toter who decided he didn't want to work that day

I had a small chair sitting out for the garbage truck and the guy just left it there. He wouldn't pick it up and put it in the truck. A few days later i just burned it up and sat it out for the garbage truck again. This time he threw it on the truck. It was the springs from the chain. Never again.
