Sir, great explanation. I have one issue for billing. If contract is given in built up area and contractor claiming extra height (contract height- 10' 5"& workdone HT 14') then how to resolve . Contractor claiming b/u area rate x 30% extra.
Sir slab height 4.2 hai G.L to 1st floor top slab level but between G.L to 1st floor slab Mezzanine floor slab hai 2.1 m p sir..... To contractor ko kya 1st slab k jo v area hai ahyega wo double area kr k dena hoga??? Ya single area dena hoga RCC contractor ko sir. Aur mezzanine floor ka payment kaise dena hota hai sir RCC contractor ko.... please please make 1 video on this sir
Suppose, in drawing the lift well is to be closed with slab at suppose 5th floor level and if contractor uses some other method (jugaad) for staging of 5th floor slab from intermediate suppose 4th floor slab by arranging and positioning ISMB, ISC etc according to his convenience rather than conventional method to setup scaffolding from Ground floor level, then whether contractor is payable for extra height or not, and if yes then upto which height? Your suggestion and comment will really be grateful.
