- This video shows a challenging ambulance ride from Brussels to Paris, transporting a critically ill child to the Children’s Hospital SAMU in Paris. The journey requires significant coordination and cooperation between paramedics, police escorts, and other road users across different countries. The police escort, consisting of three motorcycles, facilitates the ambulance’s passage by breaking some traffic rules while ensuring safety. The ambulance follows the police escort, and the paramedics constantly monitor and care for the child during the journey. The text highlights the importance of road sharing, alertness, and respect for emergency vehicles. Despite potential hazards and delays caused by some drivers, the ambulance successfully arrives at the hospital, demonstrating effective teamwork and dedication.

What a fantastic video.
good job on the normal speech video.
Anyone who’s rides a motorbike knows just how good these guys were. And the ambulance driver also. Respect to them all.
They are crazy good..
@@AntonySimkin as am a truck driver+biker, so Icant understand LG drivers.. they.. oohh
@@kelavrikas aw yeah
Good? They were waving around making it unpredictable for car drivers to know where they are going behind them and they automatically assumed that drivers wont change lanes infront of them like that black car did at the beginning.
More training is needed
@@steve00alt70 wrong. The black car went back because his driver's licence should be questioned. The "waving" maneuver of the police is worldwide known. In USA for example if a police car starts changing lines on a 6 lines highway, everyone should stop. If they don't - oh boy. Wait for THE ticket of your life.
Wow, found myself getting quite emotional over this display of the good side of humanity.
The pedestrian, at the crossing, was great. Stepping out, saw the ambulance, and didn't panic. Just stepped back, and didn't attempt to dash across, like so many civilians.
lol
@@Pobsta-de7hb Was it you driving the taxi that blocked the pedestrian-island, just before the hospital? Clearly saying, "I am not moving for someone who is just pretending to be ill"
The “good side”, like how essentially no one bothered to pull over and stop?
@@Demun1649 huh? I don´t know what that was supposed to be, cocky, funny or sarcastic or why if any of those but I can safely say you failed at all of those things anyway, but huh?
I like your train set video where you are playing with a train set with your friend by the way, very interesting.
The skills shown by the police riders and the ambulance driver were world-class.
I’ve been transported to hospital three times now and each time it’s been under blue lights. I have the absolute utmost respect for the drivers of those ambulances.
We do our best!
@@HickersFirst responders are the best!
lol. How come you have been that sick so many times?
paramedic here:
how about losing a few pounds of weight? doing more cardio for your health? doing less dangerous shit?
Wow. You re important dude !!. Zzzz
I am a biker myself, and these police are REALLY GOOD
Despatch rider for thirty years and saw plenty of police outsiders doing their stuff especially when moving Royalty through city traffic. Absolutely phenomenal showing their teamwork as one goes ahead, to the next set of lights, two stay with the car and one brings up the rear but always interchanging positions as required!
WOW......
I know a few bikers. They all said the same thing : you think you are a great biker until you failed miserably at the selection tests of the police 'nationale or the gendarmerie. No one with a bit of brain messes with these guys 😂
Man.. I opened the comments section because my jaw dropped and didn't get back. Those guys on bikes are crazy good! I am a biker too and sometimes I think i'm good but man.. wow..
Bikers of the National Police (and national Gendarmerie) in France are probably the best of the world ! They are training police officers from England, Germany, Spain, Dubai, Quatar, Canada, and much more countries.
Their skills are definitively insane and when I see how biker officiers are riding in the US, they should take some lessons ... !
@@spleenpedersen5039To be fair the USA standard police motorcycle spec tends to be a lot bigger and less agile. more focused on highway range and cruising comfort than urban maneuverability. NYC cops need some of these high-agility bikes I'll say!
Respect for the police and the ambulance driver. Every day risking own life to save others. ❤
🤣🤣🤣 moi pas besoin de sirène ni police
The motorcyclist in front of the ambulance was probably the best motorcyclist I've ever seen. He was in full control of his bike and the traffic situation at all times, regardless of which direction he was facing, which hand he was using to steer the bike or how fast he was going. That was perfect motorcycle control in every traffic situation.
Much better than all those motorcyclists who think that because they can accelerate or do a wheelie or jump over any obstacles, they can ride a motorcycle.
And it is simply unbelievable how the majority of road users are simply unable to react to such a situation or simply wait 5 seconds for the ambulance to pass. Even a pedestrian thought he could still cross the crosswalk after three patrol motorcycles with lights and sirens raced past him. Simply unbelievable.
What a dangerous job these motorcycle police officers and ambulance drivers have. This gives the patients they are transporting a fighting chance to make it in life.
Massive respect to all the civilians who listened and followed orders to create way for the police and ambulance.
Outstanding! The police motor cyclists were absolutely brilliant and the ambulance driver was superb. Great team work and best wishes to the young patient who hopefully had a speedy recovery.
It’s a long drive from Brussels to Paris. I’m guessing that ambulance driver must have been exhausted at the end.
@@angrydoggy9170 Just over 175 miles with an estimated travel time of approximately 3 hours. Some driving under that pressure and as you say the ambulance driver must have been pretty tired at the end of his journey.
I have raced bikes my whole life at that was amazing to watch. Years of training, front 2 were the blockers, cop in front of the ambulance was like the GPS, over here this way, down here. Massive respect to all four. You saved a life 😊
Good luck and good health for the child.big thanks to the cop on their motorcycles and the ambulanccrew.
Incredible teamwork, using their skills for a greater cause - if everyone can learn from them this world would not be such a mess
The three motorcycle cops and the ambulance drivers are great.
Unlike the stupid music!
I'm a rider and I have mad respect for the motorcycle cops and the risks they take for everyday people. Awesome ambulance drivers too. ❤
I have never been transported in an ambulance and i have never had to go to the hospital but iam so amazed by this
Back in 1992 in the UK. I was born 14 weeks premature with a brain hermorage and severely underdeveloped lungs. I was police escorted up to London from gravesend, if it wasn't for the police bikers that day I wouldn't be here to type this
👍
Tax well spended! Respect for them. And you are still here to type that, so you are a strong person.
When first watching, it feels cool to do the driving, you know, ignoring "they are specially trained." About halfway through the video, you see all sorts of techniques to make space where there is none. All four drivers did an amazing job, and I will pray for their continued success.
Those motorcycle police are amazing…as a former paramedic and an ED/Trauma nurse…it was helpful having police escort sometimes, but I’ve never seen motorcycle officers like that…a very low altitude helicopter flight may have been possible but it’s likely airspace restrictions over Paris made it easier to drive than fly…even patients with barotrauma can be flown as long as you fly low, but I’m sure Paris airspace is crowded and has many NOTAMS and restrictions.
Total respect to the real work the police do here and driving in Paris isn’t easy…
Fairme bien ton Q
The biker just ahead of the ambulance with the hardest job, did the best job,,,, stressful driving at its limits. Superb to all bikers and the ambulance driver at its best.
Living in Paris, I can tell that going from Porte de Clignancourt to the 15th District Necker Hospital in nearly 15minutes is really really fast, Huge respect to the Police motorcycles !
As an ex paramedic I had a few police escorts in my time across and around London. These motorcyclists are in a the top class. I noticed, too, the use of whistles, just like the UK's SEG. Brilliant work by all concerned. I hope the child made a good recovery
Amazing just how good those Police Bike Riders & Ambulance drivers were.
Can NEVER be paid enough in my opinion, bearing in mind how often they put their own lives at risk in order to save others.
Seeing both the Officer's and Paramedic's view across separate videos was nice
Magnificent coordination.
The police and the people in traffic, everyone is amazing!
I wish at least 1% of the world was like you...
Énorme ! Ça aussi c’est leur boulot et clairement ils sont top ! Bravo les gars
Ces policiers sont remarquables. Merci aux personnes qui s’écartent👍
Great driving by ambulance and police and great driving by most of the public.
These guys are awesome! Real super hero!! Thank you.
I am french and drive an emergency véhicule. They drived at high speed police bikers helps à huge lot because when i am alone drivers do behave but not has fast because police bikers Ain t there great job proud to be born and raised here
To me it looks like the guys on the bikes are playing chess but at high speed. On the fly they plan the route through traffic steps ahead of the ambulance while at speed. Respect to those riders and driver working as a team so well
Watching the 3rd bike made me nervous. And I think the first 2 bikes should be way ahead clearing/blocking traffic. Dutch police do it better imo. But still utmost respect for the skills.
You could not proceed with Dutch methods as Parisian drivers are famously aggressive and would go for the gaps created in a larger convoy formation even with sirens blaring unfortunately…
Those police offices and ambulance drivers have my greatest respect. they give that little child a fighting chance at life. Those police offices were putting there own lives on the line to try and save that little child life. I salute them. Life is so precious. I hope That little child made it.
Инспектора на мотоциклах профи своего дела 💪водителю скорой помощи отделный респект 💪и спасипо врачам огромное 💪все молодцы, люди с огромным ❤❤❤
Quel travail des motard impressionnant!!!
Imagine being one of the medics in the back, not being able to anticipate (sharp) turns or braking situations, while busy stabilising the condition of your young patient.
Hat off to everyone involved.
I ride an FJR1300AP (ex-Police ) and it is amazing how capable a 1m wide and 300kg bike can be in traffic when it has nearly 150hp. Bikes did a fantastic job by opening up the gap successively.
Those escorts are luckier than you. They ride BMW bikes, not fake copies.
Totally agree - a well ridden FJR will be hard to match….
Guess that’s why they are the police bike of choice for many forces….or were until they stopped making 🙄
Pleased I own one 😎
il n'y a pas plus incivique sur la route que les Parisiens... chapeau à l'escorte
Incredible teamwork by the officers on the motorbikes, but what courage!!!
Merci pour cette vidéo. Incroyable maitrise et savoir-faire des motards de la Police!! Et du conducteur du SAMU! Respect absolu pour ceux qui aide à sauver des vies au péril de la leur!
3 motorcycles and an ambulance came from Belgium…. To the best french hospital for children ; hope the child get well. Good job all
Love the teamwork between both Police and EMS/EMT.👏🤝
Parisian drivers show so much more regard for emergency vehicles, that Australian drivers.
👏👏👏👏 a spectacular result and I hope the child in the ambulance was saved. Well done!
Unbelievable! I have never seen such fearless and capable police motor cyclists.
Wat een vakmensen. Politie maar ook de ambulance bestuurder❤ Blij met deze hulpverleners
These bike riders are phenomenal and so crucial for an ambulance driver! Kudos to all involved 👏🤗
Awesome job done by the first responders, and kudos to the public for there response.
Truly some impressive driving here with the usual drivers with little or no awareness of what's behind them!
Amazing cooperation from all drivers. I saw only two motorists who blocked the way ... even that was cleared up in a matter of seconds with the cops giving clear hand gestures.
I've driven in Paris. The complicated street pattern keeps you on your toes. This ambulance ride was beyond anything I could imagine. Hope the sick child made it.
The way these guys carved a path through twisty Parisian streets and traffic is amazing.
juste un mot "incroyable" comment il gère leur moto et le trafic c'est ouf.
Wow such skilful riding and driving. The police motorcyclists are so good, but so was the ambulance driver. An ambulance is not so easy to move through traffic as a motorbike but he hardly hesitated that took nerve as well as skill
Very exciting and emotional to see. Excellent police and ambulance drivers. Humanity at is best ❤
Bonjour, les pilotes des motos de police sont vraiment fort, la moto fait partie deux, c comme un prolongement d’eux même!!! Impressionnant du p’tit bonhomme des Vosges
Amazing work and thank you from the bottom of my heart, the guys are professionals from head to toe!
Those moto cops are so well trained and choreographed with one another clearing the way like that. Top notch policing!
For info, this is a trip from "Porte de la Chapelle" to "Hôpital Necker" on the west par of the "périphérique" freeway around Paris.
So North point => SW point of Paris.
As a kid, after a skull fracture, I did this exact same trip in a SAMU ambulance.
Motorcycle escort is done by Highway Gendarmerie, a highly trained branched of military Gendarmerie. Ambulances (private or SAMU) always get Gendarmerie escort when in a hurry.
SAMU, which stands for Service d’aide médicale urgente (Urgent Medical Aid Service) is a national emergency service here. They have ambulances and helicopters.
Correction: They drive on "Périphérique" freeway from North to "Porte Dauphine" which is on the west point of Paris...
Then Aveue Foch, Avenue Marceau, Pont de l'Alma, Quai d'Orsay, Avenue du Maréchal Galliéni, Boulevard des Invalides, finishing Rue de Sèvres at Necker Hospital.
@@Preyfr60 nobody gives a fuuuuck tho
Zarąbisty pilotaż, praca wykonana przez Policję w sposób naprawdę profesjonalny!!!
Semplicemente SUPER FANTASTICI.... non ho altre parole che dire GRAZIE ❤
Fantastic work to all concerned including civilian drivers for helping to get out of the way, God Bless
The motorcycle escort was AWESOME!. I must say, though .... a lot of vehicles were pretty nonchalant about moving out of the way of emergency vehicles.
Huge respect to the ambulance driver. Those motorcycle cops were absolute hooligans. Great upload!
Wow, badass Bike Cops and a very skilled Ambulance Driver CUDOS !!!
Felt like Mavericks canyon run 2.0 extended. The cops were absolute boss bikers, cowboys on weels. Amazing job ❤
Damn..The video was only 10 minutes long, but it felt so long. Really captured the intensity of the moment.
I wanted to hug the police and just say thank you...
Yes, it's speeded up, just a little, but as someone who has done defensive and offensive driving training and been involved in a number of high speed operations, I can tell you, these guys were very, very good. One silly move or moment of panic by a driver and the police are toast. The police were impressive but the ambulance driver, weaving a big heavy vehicle through that traffic, was incredible. It takes some doing.
Driving in Paris is mind boggling the best of times: kudos to all involved
Tbese videos always make me nervous. Amazing riding and skills from the escorts
amazing..3 cops are working together for 1 life❤
A very big salute to the angels involved
Wow.... so much admiration to the motorcyclists ! ! !
humanity at it's best. Working together to save a life
Vidéo incroyable de la dextérité et la maîtrise des motos et de la situation par nos policiers, ils ne font pas que de la répression, en situation d’urgence ils sont indispensables ! Bravo !
Man!! Outstanding job and fabulous video! Trés bien to the four guys who made this fantastic journey 🙂
They are the guardians of life.
Amazing to watch those guy put their own lives in danger to save a child,,,,,,heros one and all......
Respect to the police bikers and the ambulance drivers ❤🫶
amazing emergency escort
It's insane the lengths needed to make a clear path to the ambulance. I have mad respect for these police bike drivers and urge everyone who has a driver's licence to get nimble enough with their skills to quickly understand what's needed and quickly get out of the way.
BTW, we need an ambulance driving simulator game like this.
Unbelieveble how fast they drive / ride throught the trafic !
beautiful to see. Completely different than how we in the Netherlands do it.
fantastic driving with the police and ambulance
Amazing skill from the 3 police motorbike riders .
It almost brought me to tears....it takes such little effort to make this a better world...just a little kindness, empathy and common sense not just me me me me me....
It did bring me to tears. Just utmost respect for professionals who help people every day.
That was stressful to watch. Astounding job.
I watched this many times over - kudos to the police men
Mistrzostwo w prowadzeniu zarówno ambulansu jak i motocykli 👍
the wobble they do taking up the entire lane is basically a way for them to grab the driver's attentions via their mirrors... they can hear the siren and when they look in their mirrors they see the flashing lights and movement of the officers catches their eyes... it's actually a good technique when motorcycles are approaching an intersection and cannot lane-filter.
One detail: it's not the A1 highway, but the "boulevard peripherique", in his northwest part, just after the A1 :-)
that is some serious serious riding skills to throw those big bikes about like that.
these policemen are awesome and highly trained professionals, not just cops.
Simply incredible. Amazing skill.
Bravo à la police française et au conducteur de l'ambulance.
The community cares a lot for even 1 person
Wahoo !!! Ils sont vraiment bon motards . Tres impressionnant et quelle belle mission . Bravo
Fantastic coordinations. Bravo and thank you to all motorcycle cops and brave ambulance driver. Job well done. Hope the patient was saved.
Even more astonishing : It was a special transfert with an ambulance wich was not even a French ambulance... They transfered a child from Belgium to France and, of course, it was much more easy for the Belgian crew to be escorted by the French police officers.
From Moeskroen in the very south of Belgium to Paris is 240 km. Seems unlikely to be true.
@@rudib-5304 It was, it's an escort to a very famous hospital in paris with world class health stuff that you don't find on many other hospital in europe if at all. They needed to do all the ride from belgium and not in heli because the child wouldn't have survived the pressure condition.
Belgian Ambulance.... that whould imply that the driver is a volunteer, not a professional. PRAISE!!
@@GerardScroogeGoes not always the case but often indeed
On peut être franchement fiers de nos motards de la Gendarmerie ! Ce sont nos chevaliers de la route.
