Least its an anime with some realism, but a appearance changing item in a game wouldn't be rare. Expensive yes cause that's how developers make money, but certainly not rare and would be more common to find. Still, least it makes for an interesting story

They actually neglected to mention a MAJOR plot point right at the beginning. When Dunbalf defeats the army and then finds himself as 'Mira' He, now she, actually woke up as Mira. Everyone who was logged in at that exact moment were teleported into the game world, it's no longer a game. That's the "Reality update" that the "Game got." That is, it's similar to Log Horizon, but the 'players' wake up slowly, and not all at once. Which means that Dunbalf's friend has spent thirty years ruling over AN ACTUAL KINGDOM and not inside a game, by the time Mira/Dunbalf wakes up in the field.

I think I like this version better than the actual show. Between the immense amount of horny and other things I think I lost brain cells watching the actual show. This recap meanwhile is short and sweet in a very intelligent manner.
I actually quite enjoy the animes where the main character is a guy that looks like a girl. Whether that be purely appearance, reincarnation to the opposite gender, or as this shows, changing your appearance in a game. If anybody has any recommendations, I’d thoroughly enjoy them.
