    This type of grip is very similar to the one Ronnie uses. Is it only applicable to a player that has an elbow drop on final delivery like Ronnie, Jack Lisowski or Shaun Murphy?

    Thanks for the tip! For this grip would you keep the ring finger tightly on the cue throughout the action, or would you loosen it up a bit?

    Wow thanks. Didnt know about this kind of grip. I have been using timing grip all the while. I will start practicing with pressure grip now thanks a lot

    I wish you make another video explaining how to use this kind of grip in soft shots
    And to have the cameraman standing behind you to show more details how your whole fingers are placed and working

    I was watching a video of Judd Trump explaining his grip and he actually uses a pressure grip but with a flick on the wrisk. Basically on every shot his finger opened.

    U said there’s less wrist used with the pressure grip, and u also said wrist helps generating more power in a shorter distance, does it weaken the benefit from wrist when using a pressure grip?

    I use pressure grip which comes naturally,I think it helps me with smooth cueing and feel every shot I play,but now my cue butt lacquer has vanished so in some shots my cue slips away from my hands.

      lots of reps until the muscle memory and the subconscious adapt
