As seen after evidence of prosecution is followed by evidence of defence bt as seen in cases triable by sessions court defence evidence is nt taken just after prosecution evidence .. there comes sec 132 of acquittal...then defense evidence r taken...

Mam meri case me abhi tak charge frame nahi hua he to kya discharge karva lu to kya civil judge ban paunga, ya civil judge charge frame karva lu usake bad khudako acquitted karva ye better rahega. For future civil judge post purpose

So the procedure is-:
• Evidence for prosecution
• Acquittal of accused
• Entering upon Defence (Evidence for Defence)
