In most of Vedios u run with consept ...this was so clear lecture ..the way u connected sections .. that gave us better way to understand this chapter .. don't run... go slow like u did in this lecture .. superb explained.....

This is a well explained video but vital part is missing. as a person has 2 remedies before filling complaint to the magistrate u/s 156(3) of CrPc. 01. Remedy of 154(1) complaint before the police station 02. 154(3) complaint before to S.P. or DCP. and after consuming these 2 remedies a person is entitled for the remedy of 156(3) as decided in the case of Priyanka Srivastava Vs State of UP 19-03-2015. and a person has to submit an affidavit that he has consumed both the remedies of 154(1) & 154(3) before taking remedy of 156(3).
