    Loved the video and Thank you so much !!! However I have a doubt, I've not attained any national or international achievements whether it be olympiads or sports. I want to perfect my profile. I'm currently studying hard for some standardized tests.... So is my academic result enough? Or do you recommend anything else to improve my profile ! I've just completed 10th grade btw
    Alsooo love your videos !!! Have a great day❤

    • @ShirishGee
      @ShirishGee  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hey Gagan, it's absolutely worth it. I would recommend studying abroad for sure since it gives you a lot of advantage including international exposure, personal development and a lot more. Of course I can understand the financial part, but there are many universities that has low fee structure or offer good scholarships. Even a lot of students take loan for education and then repay it easily.

    • @krutiikumar8704
      @krutiikumar8704 ปีที่แล้ว

      hello. im replying as a singaporean who personally disagrees with Shirish Gupta. if you plan to go for work in india, its probably a lot better to attend an indian college. nus typically doesnt give out scholarships to middle class foreigners, only overachieving lower class ones, so your chances are pretty low. if you do want to work overseas however, nus is an excellent option, as it has a worldwide reputation as an elite university and will help your job hunting! good luck.

      hello, im a singaporean! a lot of what this person is saying doesnt seem to align with the information given on NUS official website. it only states that you require good passes in at least five subjects including english. of course, ielts would be great to increase your chances, but sats seem like an overkill, since most natives dont take it anyway. as long as you arent applying to dentistry, medicine, or law, your chances are pretty high. just be sure to do whatever is in your power to put you over the top, because you have a lot of competition from other foreigners. good luck!

    A student will, however, be allowed to pursue Honours in the second degree programme only if he/she pursues Honours in the degree programme which he/she was originally enrolled in, that is, a student may pursue either Honours in both degrees or only Honours in the first degree and non-Honours in the second degree. Pursuing Honours is subject to meeting the requisite qualifications.
