You can send documents through your application portal. Generally it’s an upload to their portal but double check that on your admissions portal. If you haven’t got the scholarship with your offer letter, you must write to your department asking for scholarships

@@CHERRY_CHERRY_CHERRY_ Yeah, but my dream is to live in Seattle and do a math Ph.D. Me and my boyfriend wanna move to Seattle after undergrad anyways, I already have friends in Seattle, and I got accepted to go to UW for undergrad (but didn't because as an out of state school it was too expensive, plus what I heard about how applying to majors there once in school it is probably best I didn't lol). But I'd really love to go there for grad school, it seems beautiful, is right where I want to be, and they have a really good number theory group from what I've seen which is what I am really interested in and am doing some research in. If I don't get into a school in Washington at least I'll probably just do a computer science job there and re-apply from time to time lol. I do currently have a really high GPA, I have teaching experience, and research experience (not as much as I'd like though). So hopefully I have enough qualifications to get accepted lol
