Whoever puts the cables that open the lock can go through the intercom on the street, just join the two cables and the door opens, if they do not know, it does not matter, join all, and it opens. Ho comprato qualche settimana fà questo videocitofono ,sono riuscito a collegarlo , funziona il video_audio e il campanello , ma quando cerco di aprire una elettroserratura del portoncino ( alimentata da un alimentatore a 12 v ca esterno) il videocitofono non riesce ad aprire la serratura elettrica.Con il vecchio videocitofono a 17v il portoncino elettrico riuscivo a farlo aprire, non capisco dove sia il problema , forse l'unità esterna è difettosa.Ho anche provato ad installare un relè ,ma non funziona lo stesso, ho contattato il servizio tmezon ma non rispondono più.

I just installed our intercom today and it works great but how can I raise the volume so can hear the person that is outside. I know how to raise the volume of the ringer but not the volume of the mic. I have the white 10 inch touchscreen display.

Hello,
I have a very annoying problem with the sound :(
The problem is just like you can hear at 5:42 - 6:13, It's so loud like ear deafening!
No matter what i tried to do - using the monitor's internal ac power supply / external 12V supply / replacing cables / changing every setting that exist in the software / moving the monitor and doorbell 10+ meters away from each other / playing with the volume dials both in the doorbell and in the monitor - Still this sound doesnt go away...
This happens whenever the audio communication line is open (pressing the doorbell ring button, talk button, etc..), It seems like a static electricity interference issue because it is affected by getting close to or touching the monitor and the doorbell..
I noticed that in the videos of almost all manufacturers (in AliExpress and elsewhere) that sell these Tuya wifi intercom doorbells they all have this high pitch noise! So obviously it's not that i have a faulty unit...
I don't understand it, how can you use such a device with such a flaw??? Obviously you can't It's just useless and It's almost ironic, The whole purpose of this device is to communicate with sound...
Anyway, sorry for the long post, but maybe you know what is the problem here and why does it happen, and how to fix it?

Hi, thank you for your feedback and sorry for reply you so late.
Usually because the monitor is too close to the doorbell, so it makes a screeching sound. It need a board or wall to separate the signal between the two. But as you describe, "moving the monitor and doorbell 10+ meters away from each other" is not working.
i am not sure, but i guess there is a issue of the product and i need to discuss with the technician.
Considering the time difference, So, please wait patiently.

I tried installing it with a concrete wall separating the two - this was the first thing I did and how everything started (because the noise is so loud it disturbed the whole building and I had to take it off and test it as I described...).
Please let me know if there is a solution for it.
