In my 55' coupe deville with original 331' there are some ligthning sparks coming out in the bottom of the generator when I touch the gas pedal. Have you got any cluse what's the reason ?. Thanks for a great channel. Regards from Denmark

From your description, I would think one of a combination of the
following... Worn brushes, weak brush springs, wear on the commutator.
Not difficult or expensive to repair.
