Javi , look up Australia version of test . They add a middle section to get to . ( my sons club in Australia uses it for there pre, middle @ post . ) I’ve done it and feels slow at first but it gets u as you get into it . I like it better then our American beep but also like the Euro beep test which uses that 1/ 1.2/1.3 ext.. ( think I got to 11.6 ? On grass.

I do this fitness test all the time, it’s great in preseason!
Always the test to do when you start preseason. Great way to figure out if you are in shape or you have to work harder.
