I like that idea . I think Coats , Warm socks and hats and mittens they would like the most . Warm shoes too. Sounds expensive but if enough people donate it could happen for quite a few.

In a perfect world where no one was hungry a kind act of picking up the tab would be… Would you be able to collaborate with a barber/stylist? Have you asked the groups you’ve fed, besides food what are they in need of? Got a P.O. Box, your audience would probably be happy to send you specific gift cards to acquire the needs of the homeless. You circumvent paying the channel.
