- Hey this is Justin from the Blessing Boys, we have an incredible video for you today. We were contacted by the city to take a look at this overgrown yard as it has recently received complaints from the neighbors. Not only was the house almost non visible from the front the side had a massive amount of trees and vines which have begun to grow over the roof. Now if these aren’t removed they will eventually begin to rot through the roof and cause some major damage. So we have our work cut out for us on this one. During this yard I was actually cutting a tree that I didn’t realize had a lot of pressure on the other end from the vines and I got hit pretty bad in the face. You would think if it bothered the neighbors so bad they would get together and help clean it up. Great job guys.

Yes instead of complaining why not ask the owner if something could be done before the house became critically endangered.
@pamkammann1176 in the olden days, that's what would have happened, neighbors helped each other, gave a hand. Not these days. But these type people will get what's coming to them. Nobody is guaranteed anything, devastating illnesses happen, loss of jobs happen, old age happens, disability happens. One day someone will be reporting them as well. What goes around, comes around. That's what they are putting out there. One day, they will be in the receiving end.
@@victoriasuarez3193 yes, I still help my neighbors out .. I’m the youngin at age 71 between an 89 yr old and an 80 yr old . Half of the neighbors don’t know each other these days .. sad to me cause you never know when you might need them. I’ve already lost two neighbors from across the street .

It’s not the city’s job to clean up after the homeowners- if they cant find or afford to have someone do the yard on a regular basis, they should sell it to someone who can!

Those vines have been growing a long time, they haven't got that big or thick overnight.
why didnt they call a tree guy 1st instead of a lawn guy
they have a mulcher device now the is on the end a of tractor, takes the tree and reduces it to mulch all same time, you could have saved 2 days

Grateful you got the helmet and face mask. Those bigger limbs, vines, and trees needing the larger chainsaw require better safety gear.
I actually had a vine like that at the back of the property that grew so bit it had a 14 inch tree trunk. It had 1-2 inch thorns on it too! I was so cut up by that thing but I did a little at a time til it was gone. Had beautiful yellow wood inside.
It's amazing to see the difference these yard transformations improve the area.
