I'm guessing the internal detail is due to the huge amount of extra equipment for this MS, so you can display them on racks in a hangar and if you paint those tiny cables, it'll stand out as machinery moreso than plastic. It's a bit of an optimistic take, but that's my best guess.

I wish you had the Mars Zeonic F90 so I could confirm its compatibility with other mission packs. I like that that particular version of the F90 is nice and simple, just a beam rifle and single beam saber, but it would be cool to add something exactly just like the G-Type pack so it gets a bit of an oomph to it.

I think they meant destroid not destroyed, but it doesn't mean anything and sounds cool, so the non transforming mechs in Macross are called Destroid and there's a dubstep band named Destroid too. Maybe it's a mix of Destroyer and Droid
The G-frames will usually be two boxes. One with the standard armor and probably a weapon along with frames. Second pack will be an expansion pack which will include extra armor, weapons, and/or frame. Itll tell you on the boxes too typically. I have both the shining gundam boxes and the primary box for the Gundam Mk-2 and i think theyre just amazing.
i think they detailed the pegs cus its meant to be a hot swap so for example in an episode it could show that it swaps to a different loadout which might show the pegs and since theyre detailed it looks like its an actual connection piece like in the show.

Depends really, EG/HG are quite easy, you just need to clean the nubs properly. RG depends on which generation, most recent RG are like mini MG, while older RG have prebuilt inner frame. NG(1/100) more like oversized HG. MG, depends on the generation, some have many parts and takes hours, but are generally easy and fun to build. PG is roughly the same as MG, it just takes time to build.

I think the G-Type's sword that has a rifle mode later became the basis of the Muramasa Blaster in Crossbone Gundam.

F91 is one of my favourites; I love the compact size, the VSBR, the tech and SNRI

You can charge-pose it them with shoulder giant-shield ala Zaku 2 style.

most of the hard points were removed on the mars ver, so compatibility is very limited

Lore was the Mars Zeon F90 was modified in a way that it can't use Mission packs so I assume the MG cannot have Mission packs attached.
P-BANDAI has some stands for displaying all of the A-Z Packs for the F90
