I know it's been quite awhile since you finished the build but if you think like me it's never really done. I think you did a really fine job with all the fabrication. I do have a couple of suggestions. If you have ever heard of 3M Safety walk it's a rubber self adhesive grip tape that come in many different sizes and can be cut into any shape. I use it where ever I want to protect the bike from road debris from pitting all your fine work and I even used it where my boots or pants would wear on the paint and I even used it to make graphics any where I thought it would add some extra coolness. And one other thought I had and this is just something I would change if it were mine. I would use some of those design skills you have and move the license plate to the back of the seat. You could design something of a small fender you certainly have the room and the skills and it would bring it inline with narrowness of the bike. But that's just me. I've always thought a plate sticking out from the side takes away from those clean lines of any bike. But like I said that's just me and everyone has there own thoughts which I totally respect. Great job and keep it up.
I wish I had a setup like this. SV's are so perfect and so fun to customize. I did a 2nd gen streetfighter on a crashed bike over 10yrs ago. Not as nice as this one. I only wish. 👍
The hell with the Grom Craze and the Grom Nation. This is where it’s at! 😃🤣🤣. I’ll take that to Mini Monday! Awesome work. Special place in my heart for the SV650.
Oh man, this and the X-Axis CBX750 custom build makes a very compelling argument about square headlights and why more people should consider them 😆 Really nice work!
gotta say, i love all this. and i love that your showed yourself using and enjoying it as you were building it up. I have an 05 sitting in my garage that needs a c28 code sussed out. hopefully wont be too hard to fix. after that, i might to a lighter version of what you have done.
Finally someone who has taste. Unlike other dudes who are just cutting and welding bars, this sub frame is a well thought idea and it is aesthetically apealing. Thumbs up brother 🤩. Am gonna make my R6 just like this. Nice idea you gave me there brother!! This brat/madmax style bike is just awesome!! 😘
Groaned out loud every time you got the rattle can out. All that hard work fabricating and no paint job. I’m mad jelly of the roads you have right there, and the shop set up though.
Cool project. Some nice designs. ~I really liked the look of the blue tank as it just left that little pop of colour but I get that it wasn't the look you were after. SVs are a fun bike.
Not a fan of the style of the bike but love the fact you are young men doing your own thing. Keep up with the process and the world is your oyster,,the gs750 build is really smart and the thing has so much potential
Seriously the best bike I have ever seen! I have a 250cc with a similar frame which I'm customising now, going to use some of your design language!! Also love the updated new front tyre. Really brings it all together!
Lower Mainland, BC, somewhere? Those farm roads look awfully familiar, with the mountains in the BG... Also that slanting evening sunlight! Very nice build, btw!
That looks incredible! I just bough an SV650 (2024). Is there an "easy/not-too-expensive" way to get a bench seat on it, so the pillion will be sitting lower? Thanks!
Hi guys how are you? I hope all is well and so do your families. So I'm refurbishing a Suzuki 650. I wanted to ask if by any chance the rear aluminum seat kit was on sale. I would be interested.
1. Now see what it look like with some led glow 2. I love it anytime you guys wanna do another video like this especially with the taste in music ill watch anytime 3. How do I find the cost of the product 🤔
Don't shape the subframe to the form of the seat. Shape the seat to the form of the subframe. The bike looked absolutely flawless with the bulky tank and without the subframe and seat.
Therapeutic gentlemen outstanding work on the sv,definitely going to purchace these items for my first gen build. When l ride all the DRAMA ENDS & l feel free.Just some cu@t from the colonies 2cents.
I want to watch more motorcycle videos I want to watch more motorcycle videos I want to watch more motorcycle videos I want to watch more motorcycle videos Thanks a lot !🥰
I'm more concerned with the fact that he sprayed the wheels with tyres on and more importantly, the brake caliper with the boots on. C'mon man, not hard to strip the whole caliper apart.
I only have a few parts left! contact me at pic.metalworks@gmail.com
Loved seeing the process here. Stoked to see the rogue tube bending on the first subframe. And then the CNC on the reiterations.

i really envy your manual work ability. (my "critics are just "design" advice")
Compliments from italy

Love the subframe work. Excellent time lapse video. Those specialized tools are awesome.
Great SV650 build guys, cheers from Edmonton.
シートレールへのこだわりがすごい。加工機がどんどん本気になっていくのが面白かったです。
Very cool project, the SV650 is a classic.
Bradda you got skills - bike looks sick .
Man i used to have a 240sx just like that one in your shop. It was stolen by my neighbor named Kevin in Luling Louisiana. Miss that car.
1:39 there's a unique build I already see Made
Beautiful 1st Gen, still the best looking
Damn I should have kept my SV650 from when I was a kid. Bahaha. It was a fun bike! I always thought it would have made a good scrambler.
Seriously the best bike I have ever seen! I have a 250cc with a similar frame which I'm customising now, going to use some of your design language!! Also love the updated new front tyre. Really brings it all together!
Got Skills 😮 What tires are those?
Lower Mainland, BC, somewhere? Those farm roads look awfully familiar, with the mountains in the BG... Also that slanting evening sunlight! Very nice build, btw!
You are correct
What’s your exhaust setup on this bike? Amazing video. True work of art
Amazing work! I wish you could sell just the same sub frame for a speed triple 2006. You have an order!! Congrats
Cool video, great work!!!! My first bike was a SV 2gen
I need a windshield, but that SV is totally BAD-ASS!
What a Journey!!!!
That looks incredible! I just bough an SV650 (2024). Is there an "easy/not-too-expensive" way to get a bench seat on it, so the pillion will be sitting lower? Thanks!

Don't shape the subframe to the form of the seat. Shape the seat to the form of the subframe.
The bike looked absolutely flawless with the bulky tank and without the subframe and seat.
How much for a seat and frame built the exact same way??? I have an 01 I’d like to do the same to it
My first bike was a SV650 fully fared
Nice to see how rich people design and build custom motorcycles.
Me vuelve loco!!! Es hermosa ❤!!!
Hello I wanted to know if the subframe will be available for sale again hello thanks. Nice work i have sv 650 2001❤❤

Therapeutic gentlemen outstanding work on the sv,definitely going to purchace these items for my first gen build. When l ride all the DRAMA ENDS & l feel free.Just some cu@t from the colonies 2cents.
Well down u make good job 👏
hola que buen trabajo recientemente adquiri una sv650 del año 2000 me encantaria transformarla asi
that needs some sort of shorty front fender to complete it.
Did you need to shorten clutch cable for clip ons awesome build by the way!
The clutch cable was find, had to lengthen the throttle cables to go to handlebars
If u like it brotha. That's all that matters
Which exhaust is this?
It looks beautifull!
wow a masterpiece! i would loved to have it😍
Beautifull bike omg😮❤
Wow amazing
cool work looks grate man! why the tank is black?) its not cool
If the seat was a little less inclined it would look way better
Which bars did you use? Great build man.
They're from an old triumph, i'm not sure which one I just had them around
I noticed you were playing with the carb choke. Did you needed to clean your carbs? I noticed it ran much better towards end of the video.
Yes, I was having problems with the carbs for a bit then realised they were clogged at the inlet filter
Osm.... Video very good 👍👍👍
I want to watch more motorcycle videos

Thanks a lot !🥰
What spray brand is that at 7:04? Really love the build, will use this video for my inspiration this summer 😍
I can't remember the brand but basically the closest thing I could get to aircraft paint stripper
When is the seat available again?
Belleza de moto 😍
Bad ass!!!!
Interested in the subframe, any plans on making anything for the bastard brother of the SV….the Gladius?
Sorry probably not, doing this once was enough for me
nice job, what exhaust did you fit?

just a basic muffler i bought and welded on
Awesome looking bike! What material did you use to construct the new seat? Was that just a template or did you use that material for the seat?
I used two types of material, I believe both vinyl. One with a kevlar type feel to it
What sizes, and what type of tires did you use?
Ну а что, заебатый мотик получился с феноминальной надежностью мотора
Hello Benji V, you're very good" in English.
spray paint will chip. Powder coat is the best bet.
He does the painting in the underground car park, the neighbors are happy about the paint mist on their cars...
I'm more concerned with the fact that he sprayed the wheels with tyres on and more importantly, the brake caliper with the boots on. C'mon man, not hard to strip the whole caliper apart.
Now imagine if the front forks were copper colored
Where I'd you get that square led headlight. I can't find one anywhere
