I would think that opening with the Twinblade combo would be the go-to since it gives all 3 buffs/debuff and the Dual Wield combo would take 5 GCDs for the same effect
Yeah I think you want to start with a Dreadwinder combo immediately to get all your buffs up, weave Serpent's Ire at the same time, so once you have all your buffs and the raid buffs are up, you can do a full Reawaken and possibly squeeze in both Uncoiled Fury (Rattling Coil) combos as well. Then use the second charge of Dreadwinder to make sure your buffs are all up, maybe another Uncoiled Fury or could save it for ranged downtime, then move into basic 1 2 3 flow, waiting for charges and Reawaken gauge

It's really just Reaper but fast lol, which I love. It has an enshroud phase, it has the two charges giving you a extra combo
It's more busy than I thought it was going to be. But I'm still excited
