What guarantee we have that the 3rd party testers are legit and not bought out by the larger manufacturers? None. In fact I'm fortunate enough to have a family member who owns a foods and drugs testing lab. They tested a branded supplement that is certified by one of testers you mentioned here, the results were frightening to say the least!
It’s far from perfect, but your odds are better if you choose a supplement that has a certification. The only realistic alternative is to avoid supplements altogether.

I have been suffering from ocd disease so that have been taking ssri fluvoxamin and I alway need to take vit d3 and b12 supplement to maintain the sufficient level of nutrition .. Would you recommend me the best cheapest brand available in India for the mental health supplements and b13 , calcium , vit d3

It's true that many doctors are not familiar with supplements. Also true that many of us receive additional training in integrative and functional medicine and how to use supplements appropriately. I understand it's frustrating when physicians are not well versed in this topic. But not true of all physicians.

NSF international, US pharmacopeia (USP), consumer lab, underwriters laboratory
Dr. is the last person I would ask for advice on anything about nutrition
Drs are never trained nutrition in medical school, only how to prescribe drugs
Some doctors get it.

What about Organic suppliments? I usually buy organic because I assume it has to have the ingredients listed on the label or am I wrong.
