Thanks. I'm making a version of these tonight. Your video was helpful on the sizing of the croquettes, and I always like to see how others fry them.
Great thanks, can't wait to give it a try 😊
Yum! I just made these - I added parmesan cheese in the white sauce (Being Italian, i had to lol)
I Just placed it all in the fridge, will cook them tomorrow :) Looking forward to eating them!! :)
it looks amazing.
its a good idea to mention that olive oil "burns" faster and smokes than most other oils, so caution is advised to not make it too hot.
Awesome video!
While you’re mixing the milk together with the ham, is the stove still on?
Thank u for the nice video ...
Croquetas de la mama! Can't wait to try this.
How long does it take to reduce? I did this today and stirred it non stop for a good hour. Is there a better method?
Konuvis Add more flour
thank you for this recipe maybe now I would make them
Thanks for the video. What other spices can be subtitude for Nutmeg if you don't like Nutmeg?
Quoc Nguyen Mace would be the only thing you could realistically substitute nutmeg with
add a small pinch of cloves
Pimentón dulce.
Very nice food, I like this :-)
Thanks! Glad you like it.
Nice recipe.
I need to learn Spanish food. How can I fine school to learn?
why isn't there cheese in it? is it the spanish style?
No cheese is needed in this recipe. And yes, this is the Spanish style (I'm from Spain).
i tried it at home but it turned out really liquidy, should i add less milk or more flower?
You need to cook it until is not that liquid
No bay leaf in the traditional recipes and you forgot the most important ingredient for croquetas: the onion.
Why can’t you show the measurements in cups and spoons like Americans do?
Because I'm not American, I'm from Europe.
No, you do it wrong. Once you shape the croquettes, first you roll around them in flour, then you dip the croquettes in beaten eggs and you leave the breadcrumps for the end!! I´m Spanish and I can tell you that following the correct order is very important
