Good to see the shafts are properly capped. How high above the water table are you there in Cheadle? I'm guessing it'll be nearly full of water to the surface anyway?
A very good film explained in very easy way but don't spring clean pit top to much most pits had little grot spots here n there which does add character the air locks had three doors to go through not 1 and a question for you do you still have the robey steam winding engine from cihber colliery in south Wales it's amazing that the headgears and buildings some how managed to survive and well done 🤝🍻🍻🍻👍🇬🇧

The line exists and pway trains do run down, but not currently for passengers
