Dun plng alam mong itong lemon law na meron dto sa pilipinas is not in favor of the consumer who worked hard for his payment money for the unit that he deserves the best product.. Rather this lemon law favors the dealers.. Imagine 5 times of repairs.. 5..as in 5 all in all.. E s ibang bansa nga 1sang besesn upto 2 times lng ng repair of the issue e pinapalitan na agad coz it also defends the safety of the buyer.. Kso dto satin e wala.. Wala.. Wala.. At malaking mali.. Mali..

Pwede naman iAmend ang batas for it to improve. 5 times though marami talaga, would deter sa buyer na would take advantage sa law. Again, pwede pa improve for the benefits of both party.

The law is very clear na pabor sa business sectors dealers and manufactures four attempts of fixing the defect still on the process of fixing it for fifth times dapat dalawa lang at puydi nang mapalitan or isauli para fair naman sa consumers in this law inutil ang batas na ito dahil sa ibang bansa or US kahit used cars pa ang nabili mo puyding ma return may problema o wala basta pasok days limit na puydi mong isauli

    • @mugzee84

Kaya I think kailangan iStress test talaga ang sasakyan to the level of understandable abuse within warranty syempre. Sa new cars ngayon, bihira na yang lemon kaya research talaga before buy.

"According to the Online Etymology dictionary, the British used to use the term “lemon” to refer to both a fruit and to a product of substandard quality. America started using the term lemon in 1909 to refer to something worthless. ... This act is called the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, often dubbed the lemon law."
