S, EX-S, Deep Striker had the advantage of slightly higher mobility, the capabilities of limited All-Range attacks, I-Field in torso, Beam Smartgun which is strongest portable weapon in UC before Magnums appeared and in which it can direct it shots, Another set of Back Beam Cannon in EX-S Loadout, Reflector Incom, 2 fuel tanks that grants it higher operating time than ZZ and it can be used as makeshift bomb, while the Deep Striker is basically Beam Based Dendrobium

ALICE have an ability to support the pilot or even control the mobile suit entirely. The system was created by Gundam Sentinel protagonist's mother in order to help him in war. This system work as a virtual A.I that will "fall in love" with the pilot. The more deep the pilot bond with ALICE, the more better ALICE perform and prioritize the pilot, especially in a difficult situation. Fun fact: Even though there are other S Gundam out there, only protagonist's gundam that got his gundam installed with this system. Another Fun Fact: Even though this system was installed in his Gundam, He doesn't aware of it's existence.

Since A.E.U.G choose ZZ Gundam instead S Gundam, the others S Gundam probably was scrap by Anaheim for other use, since the demand for mobile suit at that time was quite high.

That is included in Newtype Hijinks, but Yeah Biosensor does grant enchanced piloting capabilities
