Hello, Psy. I appreciate the excellent review and currently lurking in yt to watch some review videos of this device. May I ask the link where you bought this product? I would appreciate it. Thank you.
Hello Isabel. The device does become noticeably warm, but it does not impact performance. My iPhone gets significantly warmer when using 5G. I suspect other 5G pocket routers would experience similar heating due to their compact size. These small devices simply lack the thermal capacity to effectively dissipate heat.
Hi! 1. can the device connection be extended via usb-c to wan port of another router/repeater? 2. can you tether it to a laptop using either usb-c to rj45 cable OR usb-c to usb-c cable? Thanks
@@joantheresecruz9474 Hello Joan. I have not tried connecting it to a router. I did the usb c to c tether on a MacBook but it doesn’t work. There could be a hidden setting to enable that but I could not find anything online.

I am not certain, but there is a high possibility that this will work in Indonesia since it uses common cellular bands. You just have to manually input your carrier's APN settings.
Hello Trevor, I don’t have that phone, so I won’t be able to tell you which one is better. What I can say is that I would probably go with a dedicated WiFi device, as it reduces the stress on your phone’s battery. 5G devices can get hot. Also, pocket routers have dedicated hardware or are optimized to do just that. Another thing to consider is if you’re going to need the capabilities of a smartphone and cost is not an issue, you ultimately get more value from that purchase unless you’re going to use the pocket router every day.
Hello Vince. Have you added your APN Setting? If not, tap on the 3-stripe horizontal line on the upper left side of the main screen then go to the communication settings then APN. Add your APN which is internet.dito.ph. Hope that helps.
Yes, it’s the same as any smartphone with 5G. That’s also why people use a dedicated pocket router to avoid damaging their phone’s battery from constant high temperatures.

How bad is the heat when 5g is used? Do you have any recommendations for a dedicated pocket router to avoid overheating?

Were you able to connect it to a Macbook?
No, I have not found a way to pass the internet through USB-C to USB-C/USB-A. Connecting using WiFi works perfectly.
Is it possible in Indonesia or is it only supported by foreign countries? I have a Pocket Galaxy 5G WiFi, I use it in Japan.

DOES THIS SUPPORT DUAL BAND 2.4GHZ AND 5GHZ TOGETHER?
It does not support using both bands at the same time.
Galaxy SCR01 vs Samsung A15 as hotspot? which weighs more? Interms of battery and Signal strength?

Does it work with 4G networks anywhere in the world?
