Quick Tip | Making a banner in HTML5 Canvas with Adobe Animate CC

  • Okay... 15 minutes is not really a Quick Tip but hey I was having fun making it so bear with me.
    It's about making a banner in Adobe Animate CC with use of the HTML5 Canvas. And I'm using the decorative strokes and webfonts from Typekit.

    Nice banner Thanks!! But what if you don't have a designer eye?I try and try to making the ads myself but I didn't and ordered from adsspirit com:)

    Cool! How do you Publish your banner? For some reason my stage stays white when I open the index file.

      +MISU
      Transparency for the banner needs to be added in the HTML.
      Add you banner to HTML in Dreamweaver, or open it in Dreamweaver.
      Select the banner in Split view
      From the parameters choose Properties
      Change the value of the Parameter "mode" into "transparant".
      Refresh and/or check it in the browser.

    If my company has a webagency and wants a html5 banner, should i be safe in assuming the ones that built the site has all the code fix and i just need to do the banner production?
    also how do u export the final banner? What file type. thanks :)

      You could export it as HTML5 and then use it in your site. You could export it as OAM too, if you use Dreamweaver or Muse. And then just import it in your site.

      Learning Software do i go file->publish? Export only has picture formats.

    when i export to html canvas all images loose resolutions

      yes that's possible. there are multiple ways to publish it
