Photos of the Earth are not (all) composites. There are/were satellites at Sun/Earth LaGrange point like for example DSCOVR that were taking photos of the entire Earth in one photo for years: epic.gsfc.nasa.gov/ The famous photos of Earth from Apollo 11 mission were also single images of the whole Earth not composites. Composite simply means taking more than one photo to cover the object in full - like a panorama photo - same thing.
He's not saying you'll die cause there's two suns and that makes it hot... he's saying the planet he's talking about would kill you. As long as you're still the same distance from the stars, I don't think it would be hotter. Also stars are all different sizes. There's stars hundreds of times bigger than our sun, so two the sun's size would still be less than that. Anyway, just sayin'.... lol

They have landed at least one and had probes all around titan. That's how they know. Just like venus they landed a craft their and took measurements but it only lasted a few minutes because of the heat. I believe the atmosphere on venus is thick enough to feel like you're walking through water.
