Originally, I did not want to share this, but it's also a part of battlegrounds where other people will tell you that you are bad and instruct you on how to play, potentially disrupting the team's momentum. Those who engage in such behavior often try to justify their actions with various reasons.

Bara did his job, badges tell the whole story. His support failed him leaving him alone on idols to get dunked on endlessly while yall cast 1 skill every 8 seconds and miss with most cuz ur too far behind him
@@Twyer24 No one said that he did not do his job right; he did. I tried to do mine by fighting blood knights who were attempting to destroy the backline. They were all 6-9k resonance players against me. However, I did not say anything negative to the team.
A) you got Baratheon’s name wrong…address him as King of the Monkeys
B) the big guys comments in bg chat are always hilarious and spot on
C) he carried you but you still whine
D) it’s bg…you aren’t going to win them all

The wiz envy responses to Apollyon is getting are hilarious. No Bara did not do his job. Any whale barb should be able to stay alive and rotate his invuln between standing on the idol. Dying on the idol is MORONIC. If you don't understand why, then you can't be helped.
OH YOU LEFT ME ON THE IDOL TO DIE. Don't stand on the idol when your invuln is about to run out you dumb turd. The whiners are always the worst players, always blaming their teammates.

Can confirm I was fighting players 2x stronger than me, and this was the result. Put me on the same power level, and that would be a different story.

There was no support for the tank, all I saw was barb trying to push and ranged stopping to fight a losing battle on the way, with 0 support for their melee. That being said, being toxic doesn’t help either

He is one of the biggest players in the game. I'm over 9k and I have been frustrated more than a few times with teams and asked them to actually help but usually the ones talking trash. After watching the video, the idol is walking backwards and 4 wizards are dancing behind it.
I have a solution to your problem. Blizzard just need to create a Battleground just 6k to 10k rez players.
Do you know what the PvP badges mean?
I didn't know that PVP badges give people the right to insult others and call names.

As a fellow whale, I can understand the pain of the whale in your team. Even a 10k reso whale can’t fight 1v8. His teammates must also do their job. U might be the mvp cause your build allows u to hog kills without dying, but your whale is doing all the job. Look at the badges he got, he’s been pushing the objective more than anyone. Ideally, u would want to have 2 whales to split the lanes unless the low resos can somehow play above their stations and contain the other team’s whale. But it is what it is, u dont always get the best matchups in bg.
Dh and wizards never stand on idol even if the match depends on it. They're so used to running away.
Amen, Apollyon your team let him down. Assuming he was going to smash through all of the other team. So it makes it worse for you guys, after everyone on their team takes out the only guy on the right, where are they going to go next?
After watching the video again, I also think it was the whales fault. He he stopped running the right side by himself and joined you all, you probably would of won. So partially his own fault for the loss
@@Natocmdr , given the strength of the opponent, it is next to impossible to focus push on a single lane. U need to split push to divide their strength. If they were to focus their def on a single lane, there’s no way u can push through even with a 10k whale. Which is y I mentioned that ideally u want to have 2 whales pushing separate lanes to divert attention. Unless for some reason the low resos are doing so well they can push separately from the whale.
I understand what you're saying. Getting MVP or losing holds no particular meaning for me. When I enter a battleground game, I strive to do my best as a 4k resonance player. What I want to discuss is what gave him the right to call me or others on the team names and say that we suck. Not only does this kill the morale of the team, but it also makes the overall experience negative.

I tried your build and without teleport is like instant death every-time. They are like glass.
0 rotations, 0 time on idol, 100% killsteals but then talking about howyoure doing too well in the 10k lobby, saying Burnt is just targeting lowbies but hes blatantly targetting backline and apollyon is standing there with no teleports like a sitting duck. all you did was walk forward. cast spells on idol no matter where people were located, and die to burnt. on repeat. the entire game. and bara never said anything about how bad we were

Just a tip… space out your arcane winds and drop your cc spells where baratheon’s at. Coz wizard are good in boosting a whale’s firepower by providing cover fire when they at the idol.
Despite the opposition I think you did very well. Problem most lower spenders have, is they see builds most whales use. Therefore the performance doesn’t match an results in alot of deaths. Keep up the great work!

Whales usually get the most abuse/blame for losing. Often it is multiple people at fault, or, more often than not, a lost game before it started.

to be fair, that necro was waking up from borrowed time, so any delay on him getting back to safety isn’t a bad thing, borrowed time hits like a tank, full hp bar gone pretty quick.

Baratheon needs to drop some res and armor pen in bgs, hes lopsiding the matchmaking, wasnt your fault.
Because mega whale usually pay to win player, they don't know how broken BG matchmaking algo is. For those who doesn't know, current matchmaking algo is useless even if you pay to win player. Without any reso bracket and good class distribution, there's only slight chance you can get good balance game.
I feel sorry for those who already spent alot for this game, because there's no point of you pushing your reso/sec stat using your precious money without balance matchmaking system. Just spent when there's good bundle such as BP, Prodigy or this 1K orb back value. Dont force yourself too hard coz at the end of the day Blizz will hit you with hard solid matchmaking brick hehe....

You guys played really bad, all you have to do was back him up when he frontline to fight. But when you are in a lobby like this, you always lose all the motivation to win. This is your weakness appollyon
I dare to say he played really poorly and left small players like us as easy prey for the opposing team, while he attempted to be a lone player fighting at the idol. Surprisingly, he ended up dying as much as I did despite spending $100k. I, on the other hand, fought against players twice as strong, showcasing more skills and tactics compared to others in this match. This proves that even smaller players like me can perform well in a 9k-plus lobby, even when facing insults from the team. It's worth noting that I achieved this without the benefit of cheat death and teleport. So, we now know who the weaker player was in this game despite having all the power.

@@ApollyonGaming if your melee is having to stand on the idol you’re already leaving your team hanging, especially if it’s not the last bit of push. The melee should be fighting ahead of the idol while cowards who only drop meteor and wind and run away to bandage walk the idol. Drop your AoE on and in front of your melee, where they fight is your battle line.
You keep talking about trying to keep Burnt off your backline but you did a terrible job, while he did his as a rogue class. If your melee is getting mobbed with no range support on him, people like Burnt have the breathing room to get by and wipe you guys. Bara didn’t fail you, you failed you. Support your front line. Kinda hard to keep 1 or 2 BKs off your backline when you’re stuck fighting the other 6 or 7 with no help.
I watched you play pvp and your all ways at the back of the map trying to get kills.

Ngl skill placement was horrible, the best wizards cast on their whale or infront, sitting back is almost always a loss, seems your build lacks mobility or any survivability.
That's just terrible match making/class balancing. Unfortunately bg matches in this game are not determined by skill or resonance, they're determined by a coin flip. Your team had no Saders/ no Necros to help support Baratheon. With the new introduction of the new set paired with grace, can't blame all the lower resonance wizards finding some sort of way to get a pretty KDA by casting all that garbage 10 screens away then running for dear life. You not running teleport on a wizard its a mistake, that match was also 3-4 whales vs bara ,with the new compression of secondary's and him being maxed resonance, the game will always place him in a team where he will be the Main whale, and enemy team will have more than 1 whale to match his stats/resonance. It's trash and unless they change the way bgs are designed the frustration will continue. With the introduction of 2 x Extra set pieces, making it possible for most classes take advantage of 4pc mount banks , survivability is off the charts, so attack games will be lost to timer 9/10 times, unless teams are extremely unbalanced. Run teleport for gods sake... Bara will need to change that current build too, with those secondary's and the right setup he can do soo much better.
