My wife and I have had the great blessing of calling Cheryl, and her husband Glenn, our friends for more than thirty years. We met them in Cleveland many years ago and the first time I ever heard her sing a song, I could do nothing but lift up my face and my hands to the Lord she was singing about and weep in worship to the King she loves. It made me want to know Him deeply and serve Him completely. Cheryl ignites fall-on-your-face-before-Him-worship and lifts her voice to Someone you suddenly realize is real and alive and calling for intimacy with you. Someone noble, and powerful, and almighty, and infinitely tender toward every man, woman, and child on the face of this globe. Sing on, Cheryl! You are a sweet sound in the ears of your King. Jesus!
