sounds like a good program but you have many youths who are lazy and don't want to work, they figure mommy/daddy will keep supporting them. many probably don't know how to go about finding/getting a job because the school system is to busy with the DEI BS, instead of teaching them the right stuff, and like she said may might have dropped out of school, well those who did should still get an education, like my oldest grandson did, he was homeschooled during his high school yr i think 9th and then once he turned 16 he was able to go into this other program and finished schooling and graduated and yes they will also pay for his college if he decides to go. i am glad to see my oldest grandson started his first job when he was 16-17 (walmart-which they treated him like crap so after a yr he left and now has a new job at 18 working night shift) but because the way my daughter raised him he is somewhat had to learn some responsibility and learned mommy can't always support him, and he need to help out as well while living at home.
