Love it. Absolutely love it. Like a fine scotch, Haley and Irvin blend together like well-aged malts distilled in sherry casks until buttery smooth with silky, smokey notes. They are the nectar of the gods.
I can only AGREE with your statement, Kenny ! I'm in love with her ...voice (lol) I think I know why some moments sound familiar, there is for me something of Billie Holiday there or someone of that kinda smoothness if I may say in that old time....(sorry I'm not a Jazz specialist)

After the spirit is distilled - in stills - it's filled into sherry casks for maturing, not distilling. Still, overall a nice metaphor except it makes me immediately want to pour myself a good dram, and I try not to get into that habit at home by myself. Still I suppose now and again...and fine music to go with the fine whisky!
@@gynack Yep Trevor, forgot to correct Kenny about this mistake, but the metaphor is still fine...I like the idea of pairing whisky & art...(I did a list of 50 cultural pairings on my website, 50 whiskies with 50 music, or paintings, or movies, or actresses, books, etc...)
