one of my fan was vibrating immensely ...i contacted the premium service of lenovo since i took ADP with my LOQ. Within 7days they changed the entire fan module ....though i wasn't expecting this kind of fast service .

In motherboard dead issue, lenovo is worst they are replacing refurbished motherboard to the customers and motherboard is dying again, they replaced my loq motherboard it was dead within 1 month of purchase and after replacement of motherboard within 3 days it died again today!!!! Worst service

All the 2024 LOQ models have suffered motherboard dead issues. It is very frequent in the intel hx models (12450hx- yes even this one, 13450hx, 13650hx, 14700hx) and there are 2 reported cases in the AMD 8845 hs LOQ. The main concern is that Lenovo is replacing dead motherboards with refurbished motherboards again and again. Even replaced motherboards are dying and underperforming. Few people had to undergo repeated motherboard replacement upto 3 times till they received refund that too after fighting a lot.

@@sayandeepdey8473I disagree, GPU gets outdated way faster as compared to processors. If someone wants to game then they should definitely go for 4060 8gb instead of 4050 6gb, the difference is huge. Meanwhile my old PC is still rocking with a core i3-2100 xD

Definitely Cpu lasts longer compared to GPU..So, whoever wants a perfect gaming laptop with future proof gaming can easily go for this.

I recently purchased this laptop 2 months ago. This laptop has no doubt great gaming machine!
About the temparatures, in the lenovo vantage software if we do fan speed full, temparatures stay around 80 degrees even after hours of gaming and outside temps of 35-36 degrees hot area!
same bhai, I also have this laptop I 5 hours battery after battery saving mode on, but CPU is a little underwhelming, it would have been better if it was a 13450h.
Disable the processor power boost mode ...mine was earlier 85/90 now none of my games can make my temp go above 70.

Don't go for ideapad laptops as they have multiple issues in hardware

@@debaaaaaawassshereeeee i haven't encountered any issues so far and trust me I use the device in rough and tough condition still running like a champ if you don't maintain your hardware properly then things can go wrong. Or could be they have faulty unit .

i have the same model recently i had issue with my screen (certain vertical lines start to come up ) contacted the Lenovo support and they sent the guy at my home after 2 days replaced the screen, he did it really well and was professional hast off
